I mean honestly , I came from Texas where DB’s where everywhere waited about 10-15 mins over there and this location just seems to be going in Slower Motion I’m trying my best to be understanding but yall have to understand people don’t go to the drive thru because they have 40 mins to kill they go in hopes of Driving thru faster then getting off and placing order up with them even they not even on ordering online yet because I know that would crazier , I love DB’s always have since the first time I had it but will definitely start reconsidering driving to this location before going next time .

WHY does it take SO LONG?????? I came at 7:30am and there were *maybe* 7 cars in front of me. It took us almost 30 minutes to get through the line. It’s just not even worth it. Unreal wait times. Also, I’ve been to several BD’s throughout the PNW and west coast, and this locations drive through setup is just dumb. They should have chosen a better location that could handle the amount of traffic they’re getting with a smoother drive thru set up. I def won’t be coming back.

They're okay. Tbh, I only tried one item, the frozen banana bread mocha. I drove to Raleigh from Greensboro and waited in line for 45 minutes because Dutch Bros bought out Clutch Coffee Bars. All of Clutch Coffee Bars all closed now. I wish Dutch Bros would add Clutch Cofee recipes to their menu. I Iove Clutch Coffee's frozen base jumper. OMG!!! I went to Dutch Bros trying to find something similar. Their mocha wasn't as creamy and less rich in flavor, like Clutch Coffee. I was disappointed. Clutch gave me the recipe to their base jumper on their very last day of business, and I'll try to make it one day. Damn I miss them. I will return to Dutch Bros and try something different off the menu and do another review. Dutch Bros, if you read this, please add Clutch Coffee 's base jumper and dream bar recipes to your menu, please 🙏🏾
My sister and I went to Dutch Bros yesterday and while we did have quite a long wait (understandable since everyone is excited you are here) had great service from the woman that took our order in the drive thru (we are sorry we didn’t get her name) and really wonderful service from Lynette at the pickup window! Lynette is so personable and kind- chit chatting with us while we waited for our drink. She was also thoughtful in making sure we had 3 different colored straws so we would be able to tell our drinks apart. You are lucky to have someone as warm and welcoming as Lynnette on your team!

Life finally makes sense now. I sat in the drive thru for a total of 45 min on a Friday night. I have finally figured out something that makes sense going on in the country. It resonates that Oregon is leading the nation in homelessness. Why you may ask? Because those who went to Dutch Bros on their lunch break got fired for how long they had to wait. Hence losing their job.
