Our server Cooper was amazing!! I was a bit disappointed that my steak was more cooked than I prefer. But everything was delicious otherwise. It wasa vibrant atmosphere and we enjoyed our dinner

Great place with fun diner atmosphere and perfect for work gathering as not too crowded during a week night and was able to get a large table last minute. Food were tasty and the pasta has large portions. Price is definitely not low but it tasted good which is more important either way nice drinks and good ambiance ☺️

I recently had dinner at Firebirds Wood Fired Grill in Morrisville, NC, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. If you're looking for a restaurant that combines excellent food, professional service, and a comfortable atmosphere, this place absolutely delivers.

The first thing that stood out was the warm and inviting atmosphere. The restaurant has an upscale feel without being overly formal, making it perfect for date nights, family dinners, business meetings, or special occasions. The dining room was clean, well-maintained, and had a welcoming ambiance that immediately made us feel comfortable.

The food was exceptional. Everything we ordered was cooked perfectly and arrived fresh and hot. The wood-fired flavor really sets Firebirds apart from other restaurants. The steak was tender, flavorful, and cooked exactly as requested, while the sides were equally impressive. The menu offers a great variety of options, including steaks, seafood, burgers, salads, and appetizers, ensuring there's something for everyone.

Customer service was another highlight of the evening. Our server was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. They made excellent recommendations and checked on us regularly without being intrusive. Even though the restaurant was busy, the staff remained professional and efficient throughout our visit.

My wife and I visited for our wedding anniversary. Wanted something elagante to celebrate. Firebird's was a excellent choice! We even got a big surprise! A free dessert with a anniversary card signed by all the staff that blessed our hearts.

We visited Firebirds yesterday and initially had a good experience being seated. The attendants at the front were very accommodating and helpful in finding a table for us, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, once we were seated, no waiter or waitress ever came over to acknowledge or assist us. We made eye contact with staff 4-5 times, but no one stopped by our table. After waiting without any service or acknowledgment, we ultimately decided to leave. Hoping this was just an off day, because the hospitality at the front started our visit off well.

Our waiter was amazing. If he wasn’t there we probably would have left. The filet I ordered med was more like well done with burnt to a crisp outside. The workshop was tough. My daughter did like the firebirds chicken pasta. It was absolutely a let down, especially for my birthday dinner.

Maybe I went on a bad day , it was mother's day as well as HS. Graduation day. We placed our order, we received our drinks, 15 minutes later we got our Caesar salad there wasn't any dressing on them we asked and never received any, all of our food came out cold all except for the veggies. The bread came out 10 min before our main course in which we had to ask for after sitting there for 30 minutes prior. We told the waiter about the food being cold,the manager came to our table and said they would re-make our food we agreed after waiting another 30- 40 minutes and no food, I told the manager thank you but give me the check cause I was leaving, she said it would only be a few more minutes but we were done. Mind you we made a reservation, I thought that would of help a little with being serviced in a timely manner. After sitting for over an hour we only received bread. I'm pretty sure I wouldn't dine at this restaurant again.

Firebirds never disappoints. Had the Woodfired Salmon and Ribs. Everything was flavored well but the ribs were a little to charred. Service was great and the place looked clean and they honored Veterans with a any full meal off the menu!

Went on Mothers Day and it was extremely busy however all of the staff was efficient and extremely calm and friendly! Our server Maud was wonderful and made sure our dining experience was fun and enjoyable!

We also appreciated the Mother’s Day gift cards that management handed out and the warm words of appreciation that was offered.

Took mom for Mother's Day. Super great service. Food very good but not fabulous. Prime rib was small but cooked perfectly as ordered. You only get one side, so the small prime rib and broccoli looked a bit lost on the plate.

The devilled egg and egg roll was better than both entrees we ordered. The table was sticky. I think for the price, any of the other establishments could get you way more food than here. The ribs were really dry, Costco did better.
