I love RDU because of how easy it is to get in and out and the convenience of parking. BUT I need more coffee! There are only a few places to grab a cup of hot joe to go and the lines are far too long. Please bring more coffee options.

Average looking airport cafe semi clean, floors were wet and slippery from spilled drinks. 1/2 full with lots of waitresses on cell phones ignoring customers. Burger was fine but arrived late after 2nd request and with no fries. Eat elsewhere....
Came to get a bagel, it was thrown in the toaster less than half way through roasting something else. When I requested for it to be toasted again, the employee literally threw it back in for less than 5 seconds. Was very rude and not professional.

Every time I travel to NC, I stop in to get an iced tea and completely forget that they don't carry lemon to put in my tea. I cannot be the INLY person who has requested lemon for their tea. I was offered a lime, totally different taste from a lemon. The iced tea dispenser has a picture of a lemon in it next to a refreshing picture of iced tea.
