Yay for broth that is flavorful! We really enjoyed the vegan veggie miso ramen.

It saddens me to leave a negative review, but unfortunately, the price is high and the food and atmosphere are mediocre. Prices here are comparable to Waraji Sushi, but the food quality is not near the same ballpark. We paid $17 for udon, but the soup was somehow both bland but also had a weird almost metallic flavor, and the spinach topping was shredded up and half frozen. It’s just sad. For this price point I’m expecting a restaurant not to cut corners like this. The same order at Don Don inside of H Mart tastes way better at about two thirds the price. The sushi was all right, but you could get comparable quality at Whole Foods (with genuine wasabi to boot) again for about two thirds the price.

I was blown away by the high quality of each dish. They really try to preserve their authenticity and it shows. The staff was gracious and kid friendly. The perfect little place to enjoy some quality rolls and Katsu. Excellent all around.

Good sushi and nice atmosphere. They don't seem like they get many people for lunch which is a shame since the owner and staff seem very friendly!

Such a cute place and excellent food. I got the hamachi and scallion hand roll and the sashimi. Hand roll was full of fish. Sashimi plate had 6 different selections of fish, 3 of the tuna and 2 of everything else. I’m not sure what I ate but it was fantastic. This place is a hidden gem in the Walmart parking lot, near Pho 919.

This is among the best sushi places in the Triangle hands down. We had a sushi for two entree on a random Wednesday after Wegmans. Try it. The sashimi was so fresh. Even the wasabi, ginger, and soy sauce tasted different. I will definitely be back here, many times.

HIDDEN GEM! Was looking for a new sushi place, rolled the dice on Kinoko and it paid off. High quality, flavorful sushi with fresh ingredients and great service / friendly staff in a very clean restaurant. Just went there for the first time and will definitely be back soon and again after that. Highly recommend the Morrisville and Fuquay rolls!

We absolutely love this place and come at least once a month. The sushi is such good quality and the rolls are a great mix of flavors. In particular, the crispy spicy tuna, harumi, holly springs roll, and Raleigh roll are our favorites. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great tasting sushi.
