Piada Italian Street Food

Expect boiled packaged pasta with some chemically tasting sauces and a couple stingy spoonfuls of veggies. That’s how the carbonara was. Sauce tasted strange with a bitter starting taste. Piada stick also tasted off and processed.

Service was very slow. They constantly are doing mobile orders and will let people accumulate in line in store without helping anyone. Waited 10 minutes at the start of the line just for someone to help us.

Not a place worth $11 for a small meatless bowl (all meats are extra $3-4). Will never be back.

I did a pickup order on my lunch break and the salmon was raw... very upsetting.

My husband and I both tried a Piada and they were both excellent. They’re sort of like a wrap, which I usually do not like wraps. My husband had the BLT with crispy chicken and I had the Avocado with steak, both were flavorful and not dry like most wraps are. Friendly service too! I will be back…

Neat Clean and we had great service as the GM Mike was very personable and attentive. It was our 1st time in area and wanted to try a quick bite that was Not Fast Food and this place hit the spot. I had wished I took more photos before devouring food.

I have come to this location several times now as I work in the plaza from time to time, and I am impressed by this team every single time! Tatiana is always a friendly face, greeting me and treating me so sweet. She goes out of her way to repeat back the order and make sure she gets it right (I can’t have gluten or dairy so this is extremely appreciated in assuring me she got it right.) My salad is always delicious (I love the farmers market!) and the last time I went, a young man named Tyler made my salad and even cut the salmon up in there and it was probably the best version I have had of this entree.
Every person on the team contributes to the great experience, even if I don’t interact with them every time, and I’m grateful for a place to get good, healthy food quickly!
Great job to whoever manages here and keeps the culture good and employees happy. You really can tell when you walk in that people are happy to be here (unlike some other Piada locations I have been to.) Thanks for great service and boosting my mood ☺️

Great when looking for a quick bite with quality food. Flavor was amazing and Mike will walk you through everything with lots of energy! Glad we discovered this and will definitely be back. I had the BLT rolled piada but really want to try a couple of those piada pockets

The food is decent, I enjoy the piadas and pastas as well. The problem is the staff and service. They are absolutely horrendous at getting you the order you paid for. It can’t be a coincidence because it happens 80% of the time I order. They need a reset on staff or a new manager. Someone needs to intervene before they go out of business.

Let Mike and the team take care of you! Had pasta with diavolo sauce. Delicious. Meatballs amazing as well! Highly recommended!!
