I came to get my grandma food and had to pee. My mom said “oh Smithfield bathrooms are always nice, just go in there” … unfortunately she was wrong and there was pee all over the floor and a German cockroach there.

Presentation on the French fries when indoor dining was unexpected but
pleasant. Very light salt on both the fries and chicken is a welcome change of pace and back to fries, being very light on the salt but not light on the texture and crunch factor really make the experience.

I was looking forward to visiting Smithfields on business travel. The meal was excellent, and the customer service was extraordinary.

I just wish that they had more variety of sides.

Personally, prob wouldn’t do it again. Not the right value for the buck. I may have received two or three spoons of a “side” of baked beans and no thank you portions were not ok for the price for me. And service was ok. I had to go in to get my drink they threw me off except for the young man working around the front who gladly gave me a drink and made another for the next. I appreciated that.

The chicken is normally seasoned well. However, today it wasn't. The only thing I enjoyed was the Brunswick Stew.

Disappointed with the Morrisville location food quality. Chicken wings small, with feathers, breast dry, appearance disgusting. Brunswick stew tasteless, chicken tenders dry and stringy. Ordered the food on line, be aware that it’s thru a third party DoorDash, even though u pick up the food in the restaurant. Our refund was denied.
Grew up eating at Smithfield’s, the quality of the food is not the same. I will inform and share pictures of the food with relatives and friends in Raleigh, Knightdale and Zebulon of the subpar food.

The customer service here is some of the best I've run across in fast food. Puts places like McDonald's, Burger King, etc. to shame.

Fantastic Find on Uber Eats!
I was so surprised and happy to find a Buy One, Get One (BOGO) deal on Uber Eats for the two-piece dark meat combo! This meal is incredible – it comes with two pieces of fried chicken, pulled pork BBQ, two sides, and hush puppies. The food was absolutely delicious; I eat here often, and it reminds me of my grandma's cooking. It's truly the closest you'll get to homemade taste from a fast-food spot, and it's affordable too!
I was also incredibly impressed with how well my order was packed. Everything was clean, organized, and nothing was sloppy or thrown together. The food wasn't touching, and they didn't forget a single item. I'm extremely pleased with this experience!
