Pretty clean, the staff are super nice and always attentive. Service is fast

Ordering ahead of time with the mobile app usually sets the expectation that the order will be ready when you arrive. Maybe they'll get it right next time.

I previously accidently wrote a 5 star for Target's starbuck by accident thinking it was this location. They are basically a parking lot away in park west village. This is the BEST. The 1 in Target Starbucks was awful. The manager here can make great espresso shots For some reason, the exact Americano tastes weak at target & wonderful here. The staff is always so sweet too! LOVE the outside seating!! Love the seating so doggie can come along too! Nice separate gate for outdoor dining :)

I usually come here and get really good service but this morning I came in and the staff was a mess! I had to repeat my order three times to the first guy that helped me and then the lady who made my drink made it completely wrong. I ordered a venti and she put it in a grande . I nicely said oh this is a venti , so she pours it into another cup adds more ice slams it down and says here's your venti ! First off I ordered a venti iced vanilla latte with soy milk ... wrong size put extra ice in it and didn't even give me soy milk just regular .. I have a milk allergy and the lack of even reading the order really frustrates me and then how she acted when I tried to correct the issue . If I'm paying 7$ for a drink I think I have the right to make sure it's the correct order !

Great place to hangout and have coffee. Being situated in the shopping complex with the movie theater nearby and apartments on the top, you can expect this place to be crowded. However, the staff does it's best to serve the customers on time and without any delays. The coffee and service is mostly consistent.
