Terminal 1. Great experience. Made me a great drink and manager helped me with my rewards points. They were fun to connect with and had me laughing about some of the people they deal with daily. Manager was extra nice and I told her I’d leave a nice review. ?
Where do I start...or rather where do I stop...? Firstly when you walked in the place smelled of really bad burndt coffee. This is not a good sign as I found out my 2 orders also tasted of burndt coffee. Along that same thought the 2 employees seemed kind of "Burndt Out" also and as shown in their attitude however they did succeed in providing the slowest service ever. Sorry it is what it is! Next time I will pass this SB.?
Expensive nevertheless service was good in the RDU Airport in Fayetteville, NC.
Dietary restrictions: I wish they offered sugar free deserts for diabetics and truly sugar free lattes or something.
