ACC American Café Reviews
stale fries, terrible staff at the bar. They don't even acknowledge you or talk to you. You order from the QR code and they deliver it to you with almost a mad face.
We had a pretzel and a couple margaritas. Was good, but very pricy.
We waited about 20 to 30 minutes before we go seated.

ACC American Café offers a varied menu with options like nachos, wings, flatbreads, burgers, salads, and larger entrees. While the food quality can be inconsistent, with some dishes like the Parmesan chicken tenders being overcooked and lacking in flavor, the drinks, such as the pomegranate mango margarita, can be a highlight. The café is conveniently located in the RDU Terminal 1 A Concourse, making it a good choice for a quick sit-down lunch, especially for travelers with limited time. Ordering is easy with QR codes at each seating area, allowing customers to order drinks or food quickly. The service can be fast and attentive, with staff making efforts to assist customers, even at the gate. However, some reviews mention slow service and issues with the ordering process through the app, including problems with drink delivery and quality. Overall, ACC American Café provides a mixed dining experience, with both positive aspects like convenience and drinks, and negatives such as inconsistent food quality and service challenges.
