Always loved Wendy's from my NYC birthplace until today. Personal preference for my fast food cravings. This is a selfish review. Just sharing it here. You all make your own decision.

I ordered a pretzel baconator meal. Came out to almost $14. For that kind of money, I could have gotten a fresh cooked burger from a non fast-food place and would have tasted better. Fries were overcooked and super crunchy.

My grandson wanted Wendy's so we stopped here...my first time here.He got a chicken sandwich and fries and said it was good.I got a single and it was just ok...never seem to get a hot burger here and that is one thing I really count on. One little piece of lettuce and a thin piece of tomato...just not worth the $ for me. Fries were warm, so that was good.Tea was very good and the service was ok.A large party left a mess in the dining room and an employee cleaned it up before we left,, so they keep an eye on the dining area, which is nice.Only went here because of the grandson...just not a Wendy's fan I guess, have tried it and it is always a fail for me.

Was asked to show my phone as proof of mobile order by Mexican lady after telling her the name and order. it felt racist. No one was in the dining room nor drive thru, it was literally the only order.
Worst Wendy's in North Carolina. How is the chicken dry and stale? How is the Strawberry lemonade not even sweet and straight watery ? Should shut this location down and I mean it.

Service very rude do not come here. They didn’t let me take one minute to decide on my order. Then when I decided She rushed it. Once I got To the window I asked For sauce packets. They gave me ONE. I asked For a few more and they told me to pull to the window.m then rushed me again and threw the packets at me.
