While I love the food quality, the drive through service is poor. For the second time in a row, they screwed up my order. I simply asked for

Our kids love this Wendy's Frosty. They give the biggest serving in the area. But store is very dirty. Use drive thru.
Went for a late night run to Wendy’s tonight, and the staff was so friendly. The woman taking our order was sweet and efficient, she asked us to pull forward as they were making some nuggets. The other woman who came out was sweet and told us “ be careful the nuggets are hot”. Very sweet hospitality.
