Ordered a medium fry and received a kids meal size of old cold fries. The guy on the intercom was real nice but he had a really strong accent. Probably why we got a kids fry instead of an adult medium fry. I speak several languages but when there's a barrier with languages that I don't understand that's when orders are wrong. He didn't give us a receipt either so we couldn't dispute while we were at the restaurant location. Hope things get better. I just...

SOPHIA and CARLOS Both had a nasty attitude because online there is a party pack but doesn’t show how many nuggets are in the pack. My assumption was that it was 20 nuggets like all other Wendy’s I’ve been to for my three small kids. Sophia was very rude and so was Carlos in a very aggressive manner.

I asked why I had to wait for an online order and she said we don’t just have 50 nuggets laying around. Smart mouth and still doesn’t make sense it wasn’t...

I’m used to Wendy’s getting my order wrong, but this location has consistently gotten it right for me. And the staff is friendlier than your average fast food joint, so that is definitely a plus.
