The last two Friday nights the young man with long curly hair working the front counter has messed up our order. Not a big deal if we were eating in and not in a hurry but they now tape up the bags when you order ahead and then walk in to pick your order up. Why they tape them up I don't know but it makes it hard to check your order. First Friday he forgot the chicken nuggets, next week he forgot a whole salad, when I caught it he still forgot the dressing and the tortilla strips. Management get him some additional training.

The person taking orders and handling cash doesn't wear gloves AND touches the inside of your cup. No hairnets in sight and they charge you for any sauce.

The guy at the drive thru window is so nice, respectful, amd professional. The lady at the front counter inside on the other hand, avoid. She will role her eyes and act like your dumb, just observations. This place in the morning between 6-9 is unreliable. Normally serving luke warm, stale breakfast sandwiches. I'll keep going, but definitely the worst Wendy's I've been too.

Hope they get better management to do some quality control.

I got a pick up order from this place . The lady who gave me the order was rude . She was short with black hair and was super rude . She put the unsticking sticker on the bag and crushed the bag with her hands . One of the worst employee I have never seen .

Fell backwards on a Sat was bleeding everywhere staff didn't do really anything but there happened to an RN sitting down that helped me up and helped until paramedics came. I asked Manager to write an accident report and she said they don't do them. Called the next day and Manager said the same he took my name and said he would give to General manager who would call me back but he never did.
