Food was stellar the most recent time I ordered it. Chicken tenders were perfectly cooked and the fries were seasoned nicely! I’ve ordered from this location multiple times and it’s always been good.

had a lovely time here, i usually dont like eating in so i take out but this time my family sat in and it was fantastic! we were helped by Osorio and he made our night. i would come here over any other wingstop in the area

I don’t recommend this place and highly disappointed with their service.
I spent around $50 on our dinner here. The customer service was really poor. They didn’t ask even what kind of wings we would prefer with bone or boneless and end up
Making with bone.
On the top of that no ranch or any sauce to go with it. Disappointed very much with their service.

So how come the Employee's cant ensure a Delivery driver confirms the pick-up order? Instead they let the store lose money because I will get a refund . And some doordasher gets free food

Osorio conducted himself very professionally and kind. He personally came to our table and gave us some missing veggie sticks from our order. Very well spoken and respectful worker. He deserves the position he has as a manger and needs to be given a raise! We had a great experience with the service and the food! We'll definitely be coming back if we're ever around.

11/15 @ 7:15 PM — Let me start by saying the employees working that night seemed more focused on placing their orders with Piada’s than making sure mine was right. RED FLAG WONT BE BACK! WIll be going to the location in Cary for now on. I had to ask about my food after watching people who ordered after me get theirs first — and these weren’t even online orders. On top of all that, my wings were fried so hard they might as well have been rocks. Absolutely unacceptable.

I visited Wingstop with my wife, and the experience was very disappointing. When we arrived, the cashier seemed completely out of it on his phone and not paying attention to customers. We ended up waiting over 30 minutes for our order.

What really pushed it over the line was when I saw one of the employees scratching his beard directly over our food, and then picking his nose right before bagging orders. That’s unacceptable. If you’re working in a fast food restaurant, basic hygiene and common sense should be the minimum standard.

On top of that, the staff seemed to be taking their sweet time, with no sense of urgency or care. I understand that during downtime things can be more relaxed, but they acted like they didn’t care at all about customers or our time.
