I love this place . The workers there are professional and you can tell they love their job. The general manager there is so kind . They all do a great job. I would love to see the higher ups get some A1 sauce for the steak nuggets.

No sweet tea no mellow yellow and it took long enough to dethaw the chicken and cook it then it did these people just to cook one sandwich!! I mean seriously is there no manager? Tables are not even clean and no apologies for taking so long on the food. Everyone that was behind us was served and yet here we still stand waiting. 10/05/2025 4:30 pm this place needs a new management because it is definitely going down hill. To busy filling little cups with lids with arbys sauce to take care of the drink and ketchup station smh

Ordered online - left out items and asked for sauce at window they said they had put it in the bag but no sauce… called the lady was rude although she offered a free item next time I was there then laughed before hanging up. You would think with an online order they could at least refund for the missing items.

Had to take my food back to the counter and have cheese put on my beef and chedder, only to get a brand new beef and chedder with no cheddar. This is not the first time they have messed my order up. Overall the food was good and atmosphere was like any fast food restaurant!
