If I could give less than one star I would! We went in at 7:30 Sunday morning Never got waited on! There were 4 - 5 employees there. One female worker looked at us and turned around. Totally ignoring customers. We were Not the only ones that left because of No Customer Service. This was our 2nd time going. First time food was cold. Scuttbutt around town is This Bojangles is the absolute worst. Rude, Slow and Lazy! Checking this place completely off.

The food is good, the people seem real nice, but I have 2 words about their prices….. In Sane!!! $28 for me and my son to have lunch there….a 3 piece chicken tenders and a 2 piece leg and thigh with drinks and 2 ‘Bo-berry’ biscuits. I only paid for it and didn’t just leave the drive thru because we were hungry. That will be the last time I will ever go to a Bo jangles. The chicken is pretty good, but it ain’t THAT good! Plenty of places around with good food for half the price.

Repairs in my kitchen left us unable to cook, made an unplanned run to Bojangles in Mount Airy. I am the customer the drive thru dreads. Big order, requesting things not on the menu, and worst of all adding more items at the window (big family). Mishad was an absolute angel, put my add ons in without a second thought, was so kind and patient. Thanks for making what should have been a bad experience go so well!

Ordered in the app and it was ready when I got there. Bojangler fish sandwich is unique. Tangy Bo Special sauce, quality fish fillet.
The ones they are building up north are terrible. Half the menu items are gone (the good half). Appreciate what you’ve got, NC!

Stopped in for a Dessert Bo berry cobbler. Kinda on the small side. The add picture looks bigger $ 1.99
