I did a Togo order and as soon as I received the text that it was ready I went in a got it. The only thing hot was my corn on the cob. Chicken crispers and mashed potatoes were both room temperature.

This has got to be the absolute worst service after sitting at the table for over an hour to wait for food they bring me out school lunch in a box that looks nothing like the picture that I was ready to have a spread sitting in front of me horrible service horrible place to eat at if you're black don't eat there bought our food because they did not want us to eat inside of their restaurant and they put it inside these little to go boxes absolutely horrible not really sure what the food taste like it took them so long to bring the food out everybody around us was eating but we was the only two black people in there and did not eat horrible service

Place to go order at 6:15 PM waited in my car for over an hour. Never got a text saying was ready when I went in and check. They said my food is ready, but they cannot send a text cause their tablet was broken even though I was sitting in my car in the takeout spot at number one no one even bothered to come out and bring my food to me. Food was cold and disgusting. By the time I got home I do not recommend going to that. The employees are more concerned about being on their cell phones, then taking care of customers and having good customer service.
Great experience last night. The food was perfect and the service was great! We will certainly come back next time in Mount Airy.

Wife and I had lunch here today; celebrating our 16th anniversary. Our server was Krista. Very polite, friendly. Definitely a AAA+++ employee. We went for our go-to choice...each of us having the 3 for me. I chose the house salad w/blue cheese dressing, chicken sandwich and a sweet tea. My wife had her usual salad w/blue cheese dressing, burger and sweet tea. The food was great as usual. We did also have a free chips and salsa, but the chips today were WAY to salty. But hey if it were game day and I was drinking beers.... It would work.... But they were free, so no harm to me. Chili's in Mt. Airy will continue to be my go-to restaurant for affordable, casual and tasty dining. Keep up the GREAT service here and you'll keep me hooked . Wife and I ad dinner here tonight. We both ordered the 3 for me..... I had the 6 oz Classic Sirloin w/garlic butter(fantastic) w/loaded mashed potatoes(to die for) and steamed broccoli(perfect), had the starter salad with blue cheese dressing and a coke for $16.99 My wife had the Old Timer burger w/cheese, lettuce,onion and toma. It included the seasoned fries (gotta love them). Also had the starter salad w/ blue cheese dressing and a sweet tea for $10.99 Our server (John) was very friendly and attentive. Our drinks always stayed full and he was prompt in getting anything we needed (ketchup, salt,pepper, etc.) Restaurant was clean and welcoming. Overall price was $29.94 before tip. A great price for a great meal, super service! Definitely will be coming down off the mountain (can't find all this in Galax) more often.

This Chili’s was walking distance from my hotel. Ended up eating here twice while on the trip. Great and friendly service! Food was hot and tasted good. Standard Chili’s menu but the restaurant was well demand clean.

Took extremely to long to get our food and when it finally came out it's was just warm wife ordered a margarita and that took 20 minutes to get an when it did they forgot to put the Tequila in it. $60 for a terrible meal
