My daughter and her boyfriend just got take out and used a $50 gift card that I bought today. The girl told them that there was only $10 on the card. Strange. He called me and I gave him the last 4 digits on the card. Their receipt showed a different set of 4 digit numbers. I told him to go back inside and tell them to get that gift card back for him. Sure, enough, the last 4 digits didn't match what was on his receipt. Manager acted annoyed that he wanted the gift card back. Too bad his waitress trashed it!!!!!!! (They did get it out of the trash and it still had a $50 balance on it!!!) He did get the card back. Called the phone number and it says $50. I think someone was trying to screw my daughter's boyfriend over. I paid $50 for the gift card and someone trashed it either by mistake or on purpose. From now on, we will call the # on the back of the card and make sure and also take a picture of the gift card number. I advise others to do this also. At least at this location. (Receipt says the server was Citlali and the cashier was Estephany. This was a to go order.)
Edited one week later: My daughter and her boyfriend went to Chilis again for lunch and funny how the same card worked this time!

As with most dining prices have risen quite a bit at Chili's especially since Covid. There food was good but not sure some was worth the price. Service unfortunately was very slow. (It could have just been because it was Sunday)

All was excellent, except the steak. Medium well turned out to be more like Medium rare.

Food came out quick. Was hot and yummy.

First of all we are on lunch break. Waited 30 mins to have our order taken cause they are under staffed. When they brought the drinks the guy dropped them on our table and made a mess. Then he just walked off for me to hand them out and clean it up. We finally got my food almost an hour later and it came out wrong. Brittney, the manager, is very unprofessional and dismissive. She made up a lie that we cussed at our waitress and asked us to be nicer. We asked our waitress and nobody has cussed at her. The waitress is amazing and trying to keep up with the crowd. Brittney on the other hand clearly does not have problem solving skills and I am totally confused how she worked her way into a management position. It all goes back to leadership which she clearly is not cut for the job. **edit** I got my food the second time and they essentially brought me mac and cheese with chicken in it… not cajun chicken pasta

I received the text that my order was ready. Went inside and was told that they were still working on it. Waited an additional 15 minutes. When I received my order and got home, the food was ice cold. I would think twice about ordering to go again.

Obviously you don’t come here for a 5 star meal but it’s quick, easy and good food. I had the steak fajitas and they were delicious. Our waitress was super sweet and checked in on us when needed without seeming over bearing. I’ll return again.

Didn't get a text saying my oder was ready for pickup, so I go in to see if its ready, I wait for at least 10 minutes for someone to even come wait on me. Apparently my food had been sitting there for quite some time. Everything was cold. Chicken wasn't cooked completely and the sliders weren't done. I had to throw most of it in the trash.
I had been home for 30 minutes and finally got a text informing me my order was ready for pickup...it had been ready for an hour if you count the time it had been sitting behind the counter getting cold. I don't know what's going on it's usually really good at this location.

We waited an hour and 20 minutes for our food. We were supposed to be at a basketball tournament 2 hours and 15 minutes after we arrived at Chili’s. Promptly seated. Our waitress was rude and unapologetic. Stating the whole restaurant was behind like that and we should’ve just waited because the food was “almost ready” (we had been told that 3 times prior) when we asked to just have the food boxed because we no longer had time to eat. They took an additional 20 minutes to “box” and then later on we were told they were “bagging it”. Never have I had a worse experience at this Chilis. We paid $75 for cold, boxed food, from a rude inattentive waitress. I do NOT recommend. I would suggest any other restaurant in the area. Cracker Barrel, East Coast Wings, Little Richards. Not here.

We love to come here for a drink or dinner or just dessert and drinks! It’s a staple in this small town and you’re going to walk in and see at least 2 people you know. The servers are friendly and the food comes out hot.

Came down from Richmond to visit my mother and I recommended Chili's. It's one of the few casual dining major chains in Mount Airy (Which is not a bad thing.) Has a varied menu even though it's TexMex sort of theme. We were seated promptly and the staff were friendly. Food on the other hand was sub par. I ordered the southwest eggrolls. They were sort of cold and not crispy at all. Had that soaked in oil kind of feel. We both ordered steak fajitas. It took quite a while almost 40 minutes to get the entree. (They were not that busy when we arrived.) My mom had to ask for a water refill. When the food came out it was not sizzling ,but was hot and the steak and veggies didn't have any char . The steak looked grey. Guacamole was good. Flavoring of the steak and veg were fine. Not a great value for the money.

I got the Cajun Pasta and it came with a side of food poisoning.

The restaurant was a bit unkempt and chaotic but our server was excellent!
