Def not busy BUT wait staff seems to either be walking around aimlessly or MIA..the bartender finally started taking care of the seated customers .wow..is this normal?.food was good and the chips and dip were awesome BUT our waitress didn't come back and check on us until we were ready to go . We had to ask for the check and then wait a while for the change to be brought back. I can't even imagine how this place operates when It.is busy🤷 SO I suggest the wait staff actually take care of your customers vs walking around doing who knows what ****EDIT**** anyone else who gets a reply asking you to contact Chilis corporate for more info DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!

Came in sit down ordered my food? The dishwasher brought it out. Waitress wouldn't even do It. came by to checked on me only one time next thing. I knew they're bringing me my check and saying having a good day. They didn't even ask if I want a dessert or anything like that. Not a good place to go.

Love chilis ! Love the staff! Most are very friendly. They come back to regularly tea ect. My husband & I eat there a lot 5 stars all the way around!
I've never had such a rude waitress in my life. We waited 45 minutes and still had no food. Several other costumers came and went. They weren't that busy. Our rude waitress didn't turn our order in, and when we asked about it she was extremely arrogant, and acted like we were in the wrong. WON'T BE BACK

Everybody knows Chili’s, but they’ve got a new menu item called the Chicken Bacon Ranch Nachos. While I won’t say it is as good as their previous recipe for nachos, this absolutely hit the spot on my drive through town yesterday. Highly recommended.

Our waitress today yelled at us in the middle of the restaurant because we wanted to see the manager to complain about the wait time and her attitude. She acted out of her mind. Too bad no one was wearing a name badge so I could identify her. Management however was very nice to us and apologized for the waitresses behavior. But we will never come back. Too bad too, because it used to be my family favorite place to eat at. If that woman is not dealt with I fear the next time she may get physically violent with them. Perhaps drug testing for employees should be implemented.
