Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Very busy location. We were here between 12noon and 1:00. Got seated ,ordered ,and out within the hour. No complaints just a great experience.

Waited 6-7 minutes and no server came to our table. We asked another server if they knew who our server was. She said no, but she would take care of us. She made sure we were properly taken care of. Her name is Abby and she should get a raise!

Just not impressed this time. Its definitely hit or miss. I've been here and the food is wonderful and ive been here and its not so much wonderful so I cant give it 5 stars on the food but our waitress was wonderful...

Thw wait staff needs more training on how to wait on customers. I could name all the various aspects that went wrong but there is too much to name.

I ordered the chicken tenders that advertised with three different sources, The entrée came with no sauces. I had two sides, including mashed potatoes and french fries. The potatoes had almost no gravy, and it was a very small portion. There was no ketchup on the table for the french fries. The biscuits didn’t come out until my meal was nearly completed. As soon as my meal was served, the server was MIA for 15 minutes so I couldn’t ask her to correct the situation. Very bad experience.

1st time at this location in mount airy and our server was Taylor. She was the absolute best! Fast service, got us everything we wanted and a super clean atmosphere next time we have a volleyball game in the area we will be sure to come back and ask for her! Also the hostess was just as sweet!

Just picked up a to go order. Get home and the house salad and side biscuits were left out of the order. $60 order and can't get everything you paid for. MY LAST VISIT!!!!

Biscuits, well I don’t know what they were, hard, thin, couldn’t eat one, we left them. Mine and my son’s hashbrown casserole was either left over from breakfast or the night before, very crunchy to say the least. Herb chicken was excellent! Mom got breakfast w no biscuits, but it was fine and my son’s chicken tenders were fine. I’m very disappointed you didn’t go w the atmosphere change, your past due for something new. I’m very sorry that ended up being drama, it would have been pretty. Store looked great.

New waitress but very responsive to questions. Food was well prepared and timely. Fish was a bit spicy and chicken a little too greasy, however.

Always good to be here at Cracker Barrel

Service has been unfortunate. I would love to rate the food but I'm still waiting on it to get here. Sat for 20 minutes before any wait staff even spoke to us then another 10 minutes before we got a waitress and an hour and 15 minutes after that we are still waiting on our food. We had to ask for napkins and silverware. The waitress who did come finally to take our order was pleasant enough.
Thankfully this is not one of those horrid new cracker barrels with the white walls and no atmosphere.
