Great Food enjoyed every thing about the store

Cold food. Wait staff ok. Some are friendly. People working the registers have no personality.

Delicious. My favorite meal the Bacon Egg Hash brown casserole! Layers of egg, Bacon, hashbrowns, cheese and fresh tomatoes and onions garnish the top.

Cracker Battel has gone downhill
We ordered the 2 for $19.99...i ordered the cheeseburger with steak fries. My plate had 9 fries... The cheeseburger was fine. The quality is worse.

Me and my wife and sister in law and my niece went here tonight and at first service was nice. The waiter seemed nice but waited 30 minutes to come tell my SIL that what she ordered wasn't available only for it to still come out...kinda weird but okay so she ordered something else only to get both and paid almost 50 bucks for what looked like jail food her and my wife food both looked the same my food was the only exception it was half way decent other than I didn't get my gravy on my mashed potatoes but that's not here nor there I can't whole heatedly put all the blame on the server but I just feel like there could have been more communication but other than that Mr.cole I appreciate your efforts and your speediness and hospitality hang in there bud thing will get better

Best server ever. Very personable and anticipated our requirements. Food was adequate. Decor as expected--says fun to us old-timers. A good place for a road trip stop.

I love Cracker Barrel but last breakfast takeout wasn't as good as I have had before. Most time the food is great. Wonderful wait staff and love all the festive Christmas they have in stock.

Obviously the ruckus over the branding did not seem to affect this store. The gift shop, the dining area and the decor, the same from years gone by. Only issue I saw was people paying and people in the gift shop were blocking access and regress from the dining area and the hostess station. Could use a simple rearrangement to alleviate that situation.
