Dodge City Steakhouse Mount Airy

This place is absolutely horrible. The one in Elkin is 10x better no doubt. They need to stop advertising “new management” when they have the same problems. An absolute joke and will never be back.

We just went as a family of four on thanksgiving around 11:30. Not crowded and the waitress was great. My steak tips were tough but eatable. The fish and chips were overcooked to the point of nothing there. The chicken tips were hard and dry but the worse part was a $32. Ribeye that was ordered medium rare but bloody mess and purple cold throughout. We sent it back and waited for it to be recooked only for it to be just as disgusting as before. We gave up paid our bill and brought that steak home to finish cooking as they obviously don’t want to try. I have photos that look like crime scene photos I’ll be posting. Inexcusable!!!!

Don't go to this place waited to be seated for a while with other people waiting to be seated also an was never acknowledged that we was even there so everybody ended up walking out......

Overpriced is all I can say. I order beef tips and baked potatoe and a cup of chili. I received 12 small beef tips and no chili. It was disgraceful and disgusting

Yall get it togther over here...Sat night hardly nobody here...have to wait 30 min while u clean a table....get a table wait 10 more min on waitress...rolls hard....brought salads waited 10 more minutes on drinks...ordered steak medium... after waiting another 30..they aint no pink...looks like beef jerky..do better ....the food was no good at all

First and last time visiting this establishment. We had party of 6 people. It didn’t take long to get a table. The experience started good but didn’t end well. Our sever took our drink order and we got our drinks brought. We ordered some beers and our server said they did have it but later someone came back to tell us they didn’t have that type of beer. Finally our order was taken. We waited over 30 minutes and our food never showed up. Our server did not come back and finally a hostess came back to tell us that the food was going to take longer but didn’t know how long it was. I would have expected a manager to show up and explain to us what the hold up is on our food and that did not happen. I don’t want to say and hope that it wasn’t because we are Hispanic but if so we will never be back to this restaurant. Poor service and don’t know about the food because we left and we were asked if we were going to pay for the food we never got. Very upsetting as someone who has worked in the service industry in the past for many years.

Great food and service. Divin was an excellent server. He was very friendly and brought us everything we asked for in a timely manner.

New management has made a huge difference, it’s our go to spot for salad and a potato, tonight i added ribs.

Had dinner here on an overnight stay! The waitress was so sweet! The food was amazing! Steak and shrimp was to die for! Highly recommend

Waitress took order and never brought rolls or salads for 20 mins. Never saw our waitress who stated rolls would be done in 4 mins. I got a manager involved. Got rolls and salads. Waitress asked if we needed more rolls. I said that would be fine. Next thing we get was manager at our table stating we cursed the waitress and she wasnt coming back to the table and if they couldnt accomdate us we could leave. What?? We never cursed waitress at all. I got a manager when we had an issue. Never addressed the waitress. We had our elderly mother out for lunch. It was terrible to be accused of something we didnt do. Being eyed by staff like we done something wrong was awful. We had a good waitress who finished our service. We saw more of her in 5 mins than we did our waitress in 20 mins. Steak was tough but we finished our lunch as a family.

There's a black woman in there with dreads who served me and my wife and she done an incredible job. Loved the food and overall atmosphere. Will be coming back
