drove an hour today for my birthday for them to try and double charge us saying it was holiday prices. uncalled for. I've never had them do this before

It's hard to get a steak cooked medium rare,the way I like them. Other than that ,it's great.

We visit at least once a month. My family loves the variety offered.

Vegetarian options: There is a variety of fruit and vegetables on the salad bar. The hot food bar offers vegetables, but I would check with someone on the ingredients.

Dietary restrictions: I have Alpha Gal Syndrome, and I have to be very careful not to eat mammalian meat. The choices and information have prevented allergic reactions.

Parking: There is plenty of parking around the building, and with shared businesses.

Kid-friendliness: There are plenty of child friendly foods and drinks. They also have booster seats.

Wheelchair accessibility: The facility offers wheelchair accessibility throughout the building and in the parking lot.

Been coming here for several years

This morning I was told I couldn’t bring a soft drink in, this is a brand Golden Corral does NOT carry. I felt like a criminal ,was told to take back to the car. It was just a diet Dr Pepper. I would gladly buy from you IF you sold.

Put this much effort into doing something about all the people stealing food, putting in handbags, napkins and pockets

Ok so, I ordered a Thanksgiving Holiday meal the 6-8 lb Turkey with dressing, mashed potatoes, brown gravy, cranberry sauce, rolls, 1 side Mac and cheese and a pie, I ordered an extra dressing and extra pie. I called the order in over a week ago and then something told me to call and check on my order the Monday before Thanksgiving glad I did. The order was totally messed up. So after we got everything straight the lady called me back with my total etc. My sister picked it up on Thanksgiving giving day and we understood it was crazy, she waited over 30 minutes for rolls and then finally got everything home sweet potatoes instead of Mac and cheese, no cranberry sauce and to me the turkey looked like it was under cooked (no one got sick) so maybe it wasn't. It was bland and the dressing had way way to much sage. We always get the 12 piece family fried chicken it's always good. But next year good Lord willing we will go back to what we done before. Sorry Golden Corral it just wasn't good and definitely not worth the $151.00!

Yes it was Thanksgiving day, I went on through the line to find my party of 17 and the lady working there was rather rude, I needed to see who in the party paid and who was left to pay, the lady told me I couldn't go find my party I had to pay first, duh, why would I pay for 2 people if it had already been paid?? I guess this is just another way to manipulate customers and drive them away, but 1 things for sure and 2 for certain, we will not be going back to the Golden Corral in Mount Airy

Everything I got was tasty, fresh. Server was not very attentive. And as far as atmosphere, we'll it is a buffet, so?

The food was bland and overcooked. The broccoli had bad spots which should have been removed before cooking. Service was lacking. I had to ask for condiments more than once. When I finally asked another server for condiments, my server was rude to me.
