Slow, Slow service , food was terrible
Worst Hardee’s I have visited. The young manager was lacking Customer Service skills to the point of being almost rude. I ordered and paid for my food but was supposed to get a free dessert biscuit that cost a dollar. When I got to my table I discovered it was not in the bag. Once the manager on duty said he would not honor the free item on the Hardee’s app I asked for a refund. Instead of going ahead and honoring the free item he did he give me a refund then had to throw my order in the garbage. Having an extensive background in retail this made no business sense to me. I left and went to the Hardee’s on Rockford Street in Mt Airy where they were more than happy to honor the item on the app and apologized for the way the Pine Street location handled it. If you’re in the Mt Airy NC area and want Hardee’s I highly recommend avoiding the Pine Street location and just go to Rockford Street location.
I was going to get my breakfast at the drive thru, and they were so rude to me! They told me not to have an attitude! This is what they get, no money, no nothing! I drove off without getting food and without paying them or anything! These people needs to be fired immediately for this! If someone don’t do something about this soon, they need to shut the whole place down!

Love the chicken tenders but the ff's are always cold & sum seems like they been laying under the heat lamps awhile. Never be in a hurry when you go to Mt Airy Hardee's & even if you go inside...check your order! But I do love their chicken tenders!
Hardee's, as always, serves delicious fare with a smile. Always a great value.

Food, as usual at Hardee's, is fine. Customer service fluctuates between non-existent to rude at this particular restaurant. I was treated rudely many times by the same employee. I can't tolerate that any longer. I will not return to this Hardee's. Which is unfortunate because my husband and I were regular customers. Your public facing employees should be courteous, or at least give minimal effort not to be downright rude. Do better please.

Food was accurate and hot. Outside was clean. Employees were professional and nice.
The service at this Hardee’s is horrible. It takes forever to get your food after you order. It took 20 minutes to get two hotdogs and an order of fries today. The service is getting worse and worse every time I come here to eat. The corporate office needs to take action. This is a sad example of how a restaurant should be operated.

Great breakfast, good quality! but, the employees from the drive thru not, because i went to order,not hearing welcome to hardees, just like straight up "your order" and pull around, the only 2 things i hearded. is not hard to be nice customer service, try to dlget happy customers because from our pockers depend the job please.thank you and this is today november 27 2024, i hope in nexts weeks will be better

If you want to be told to "pull up" (along with 4 others in drive thru), then this is the place for you. If you want to order a cheeseburger, but the warmest thing on the cheeseburger is the cheese itself after waiting over 10 minutes, then this is the Hardee's to go to. Don't even mention the fries, you might as well just go ahead and throw them to the crows because they're not edible either. Second bad service in less than 2 weeks, and I didn't leave a bad review for the first bad service in hopes of redemption. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I will not be back. Maybe the 601 Hardee's can redeem the poor excuse for an establishment that this place has become.

Absolutely disappointed in my last visit there were 2 cars in the drive thru line barely anyone inside mabey 1 or 2 tables. I ordered and waited from 1:48pm to 2:09 pm for 1 sandwich and a 10 piece tender. They got my order wrong and did not take the tomato off. The drink (mello yellow) was completely empty it was just carbonation. And I have gone to this location several times and it just seems to disappoint me every single time I visit. And they have had the same manager for years and there is 0 change. HIGHLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS RESTURAUNT!!!!!
