It was the first time we've been inside this Hardee's(hwy 601) in years. Wow. It was different. They were having an issue with a till. Then the younger employee was off work, the older employee seemed disgruntled at the girl. It was a constant conversation with another which appeared as the manager. It was as if we weren't there. I felt it was very dramatic or overwhelming to hear. Not a pleasure to be there for us. Very disorganized and confused manager.

I placed an online order which told me would be available for pick up at 10:21. I was sitting in the drive thru which was not moving so at 10:25 I went inside. Not a single staff member acknowledged that I was there and waiting. I then had to get in the ridiculous long line to actually speak to someone. Which at that point they handed me my food because it had been sitting off to the side and not at the online order area. I waited well over 30 minutes for my food. Which was sitting off to the side. Now everything is cold and horrible. I ordered sausage frisco sandwhich, and got bacon instead. I then went back in again to get it fixed and ended up waiting another 5-10 minutes. And the staff acted like they didn’t care. Had no sense of urgency. So I just wasted $20 for a breakfast I pretty much can not eat.

I drove to the Hardee's on hwy 89 in Mount Airy and sat in the drive through lane for 20 minutes and didn't get close to being able to place an order. So I drove to the Rockford Street location where I sat for 15 minutes. . After going in to the Rockford Street location however, the service was quick and the food delicious.
I even took the time to change and edit my review to let the Rockford Street team inside know that Rockford Street will be my new Hardees.

Slowest fastfood place around. Sit in line for 15 min after ordering my food with only 1 car in front if me. Ended up asking the car behind me to back up so I could pull out of line because I had to be back at work. Didn't get my food because they were so slow.
This is a reoccurring problem at this location. That's why im leaving a review. I will take it down if they improve. On a good note the staff is always very friendly.
The food was good for a first time experience. The only problem was that the orders were wrong and we were a burger short. And a few of the meals were not right.

My Frisco breakfast sandwich was not toasted. It was just greasy buttered bread! My husband's smoked sausage biscuit was barely warm. The staff was not friendly.

Staff is awesome as normal and the manager was great, been revisiting just for the nice customer service honestly it's very pleasant and definitely an enjoyable experience even if it's just picking up some food 😅 thank you to the whole team
