I was pretty disappointed. I hadn't had a loaded omelet biscuit in a while and was looking forward to it. I got it to go and opened it a couple minutes down the road. The contents were stone cold and the biscuit was hard as a rock.

Pretty sure the drive thru worker was on drugs. Despite me only having said "hello", they proceeded to tell me they're entire life story... but only the negative parts and how tough they've had it. After about 5 minutes of yapping they finally realized I was waiting for food and decided to go get it.

I'd give this negative stars if I could. This just happened and I am *angry* so please forgive my bit of language. This is disgusting. Wth did that cap that was clearly cooked into my son's biscuit doing there?!?? What was it for? And why the heck and HOW the heck did that end up in someone's FOOD?!??! Unacceptable and I wouldn't eat there if I were you. We thought this was the "better" of the two Hardee's in town; we were mistaken.
