Cute ice cream shop! The ice cream was delicious, we had the moonshine ice cream: White Trash & XXXlicious. The moonshine was not overpowering & the ice cream portions were generous.

Hillbilly Ice Cream and Creamery: Missed Potential Hillbilly Ice Cream and Creamery has the makings of a charming ice cream parlor. The theme is fun and the potential is there, but unfortunately, the execution falls short. The ice cream itself is a mixed bag. Some flavors are delicious and unique, while others are bland and disappointing. It's a gamble with each scoop. Service is equally lackluster. Staff seem disinterested and inattentive, and the cleanliness leaves much to be desired. Tables are often cluttered with leftover napkins and spills, creating an unappealing atmosphere. It's a shame, as the location and theme are promising. With improved attention to cleanliness, better staff training, and more consistent ice cream flavors, Hillbilly could be a true gem. Until then, it's a hit-or-miss experience that leaves a lot to be desired.
