Went today and while there I saw who I believe to be a manager be extremely rude to one of her employees for something she just let another employee do no problems. Food was very nasty order was wrong . The little Asian lady was very rude as well I was in a hurry and she kept making the blonde headed girl that was making my sandwich redo it because the tomatoes were in the wrong place . Only nice part about it was the conversation I had with the little red headed girl and the blonde headed girl at the register very sweet girls.

I went to Jersey Mike's today in Mount Airy there were three of us in line waiting to order sandwich she waited on everyone and then she came to me she asked me what I wanted I told her what I needed she quoted it back to me and I said yes then she starts sanitizing the meat cutter what I wanted did not require the meat cutter it was already made I wanted tuna so she kept wiping and wiping and wiping as I stood there and I said ma'am I'm sorry I can't stay here while you wipe down that slicer so I sat down so she went back to wiping and wiping and wiping and I'd say maybe 10 minutes later they got the bread out and they got the tune out to make my sandwich and I said I don't want that sandwich you made me wait while you cleaned the meat slicer she said I had say I had sanitizer on my hands and I said well you know what when you were done wiping it down you got meat out and cut it with sanitizer still on the meat slicer so it must not have been too harmful for customers she was a little bit arrogant she told the store manager or the supervisor in charge they did absolutely nothing I felt that was the worst customer service you could ever give is to make someone wait while they slice the well they clean the meat slicer

We ordered our dinner through them and door dash delivered it. this is not the drivers fault. 23 dollars in in tip and delivery fees that we paid and 75 dollars total all together for a giant sub and 4 halves. they put pickles and banana peppers on my sub on the giant sub and I did not order that. we called the store and the lady started laughing. they said that we had to have a pic or bring it back in for a refund. mind you we are out on all the 23 dollars for tip and delivery fees. i am very upset. corporate will be notified and I am on vacation that the purpose of door dashing and I still had to bring the sub in.

Terrible attitude. The girl actually threw the bread across the counter because she couldn't understand to add bacon to a sandwich. Hopefully she isn't management.
