I live Jersey mikes and always will. Today I went to the electric road one in Roanoke Virginia. I asked for the vinegar and oil on the side and they forgot to. I went back in and got it. I just got home and took a look at the liquids and there is something at the bottom of the container. They grabbed it from under the counter. So no tell how old it is.

Jasmine made my sandwich fresh with their exceptional rosemary bread and made it just the way I liked! Sunshine the other worker rang me up. She was very pleasant and remembered me from the last time I was there as did Jasmine! The place was spotless and smelled amazing! I will definitely go back again and again!
Dietary restrictions: I have some dietary restrictions and they are very accommodating
Wheelchair accessibility: I use a Rollater walker and it was easy to get inside the building

Order the Philly tub in the sub. It was really gross. The meat was all stuck together. By the time we got to eat it in the car. The cheese was like glue. Trying to be diet conscious, but this just did not work.

Manger is not friendly she doesn’t talk to the customers when they come in she is rude and is not polite and talks a different language when people she don’t like when they come in to get food and she don’t like when people talk different languages when ordering their food.

I'll start with we have no Jersey Mike's anywhere near me. So whenever we travel we hunt them down. 100% will never eat here again.
This was hands down the worst one I have ever tried. The staff was friendly and quick, however the sandwich was missing about a third of its meat. I don't know what they did but the meat tasted like plain steak 'em meat. I got onions on mine and received like a tablespoon or so over a "giant" sub. I had to go get a handful of napkins and get them wet in thr soda dispenser to wipe my table off. I picked the cleanest one to start with. While sitting there eating there was one customer and in that time three employees could not be bothered to come and clean or wipe down anything. 100% will never eat here again.
Jersey Mike's used to be my favorite. Price didn't matter. They have gotten so big and out of touch. We took a break for two months and contacted corporate behind the scenes. They never acknowledged us. Nothing. We went back today, same oh same. We always order online, but they are so subway skimpy even when you ask extra. So disappointed, I do expect better for the price.

The folks are very nice and made a good sandwich, but when we were told it would be 30 minutes for hot sub, he failed to mention it would be 30 minutes for a cold sub too, should have got what I wanted to order!I understand the demands of an evening rush or running out of bread.However upon 2 visits to this location, there seems to be a lack in overall team management and efficiency within one's position.A lot of aimless walking and distant stares while the person making the sandwiches has to run back to grab things that had ran out that the other guy was already getting! So of course they had to stand there and take 2 minutes to talk about how unorganized they were.Great staff, they just need some team
