I went to Jersey Mike's today in Mount Airy there were three of us in line waiting to order sandwich she waited on everyone and then she came to me she asked me what I wanted I told her what I needed she quoted it back to me and I said yes then she starts sanitizing the meat cutter what I wanted did not require the meat cutter it was already made I wanted tuna so she kept wiping and wiping and wiping as I stood there and I said ma'am I'm sorry I can't stay here while you wipe down that slicer so I sat down so she went back to wiping and wiping and wiping and I'd say maybe 10 minutes later they got the bread out and they got the tune out to make my sandwich and I said I don't want that sandwich you made me wait while you cleaned the meat slicer she said I had say I had sanitizer on my hands and I said well you know what when you were done wiping it down you got meat out and cut it with sanitizer still on the meat slicer so it must not have been too harmful for customers she was a little bit arrogant she told the store manager or the supervisor in charge they did absolutely nothing I felt that was the worst customer service you could ever give is to make someone wait while they slice the well they clean the meat slicer

We ordered our dinner through them and door dash delivered it. this is not the drivers fault. 23 dollars in in tip and delivery fees that we paid and 75 dollars total all together for a giant sub and 4 halves. they put pickles and banana peppers on my sub on the giant sub and I did not order that. we called the store and the lady started laughing. they said that we had to have a pic or bring it back in for a refund. mind you we are out on all the 23 dollars for tip and delivery fees. i am very upset. corporate will be notified and I am on vacation that the purpose of door dashing and I still had to bring the sub in.

Terrible attitude. The girl actually threw the bread across the counter because she couldn't understand to add bacon to a sandwich. Hopefully she isn't management.
Had dinner here today. My sandwich was great 👍 perfection. My husband ordered the Chicken Cheese Steak and it came with dry chicken, tomatoes , and cheese. Supposed to have a hot honey sauce and pepperoni, when my husband noticed and asked if he could get the sauce the older guy working there gave him a hard time to even just get mustard after telling us they didnt have the sauce. And for him to slice the pepperoni we paid to have on the sandwich took an act of god. One would think the kid who made our sandwich would have mentioned they were out of sauce when we ordered in the first place. The atmosphere omg... THE WORST. There is a hispanic lady working there and she is awful to her co-workers infront of the customers. Poor kid couldn't pay for his food and she had the audacity to roll her eyes cause he walked out to gather change. She was super aggressive to the same boy who made our food infront of customers. I was truly floored by this establishment.

I live Jersey mikes and always will. Today I went to the electric road one in Roanoke Virginia. I asked for the vinegar and oil on the side and they forgot to. I went back in and got it. I just got home and took a look at the liquids and there is something at the bottom of the container. They grabbed it from under the counter. So no tell how old it is.

Jasmine made my sandwich fresh with their exceptional rosemary bread and made it just the way I liked! Sunshine the other worker rang me up. She was very pleasant and remembered me from the last time I was there as did Jasmine! The place was spotless and smelled amazing! I will definitely go back again and again!

Order the Philly tub in the sub. It was really gross. The meat was all stuck together. By the time we got to eat it in the car. The cheese was like glue. Trying to be diet conscious, but this just did not work.
