SECOND time this place has “ran out of bread” although I placed my to go order BEFORE the people who ordered inside I was told they had to serve them first. How does a sub place run out of bread… it’s LITERALLY your entire business model.

I visit this store about three times a week. Very clean and the sandwiches are the best in Mt.Airy! Staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Britney. She always goes above and beyond with service. She even knows exactly what I order when I visit! Cant get enough of the pepper relish. Love this place!

This Jimmy Johns is awesome. Always fresh bread and never short on the goods. Sam has made our subs last three times we were there, always perfect and she is super cool with all of the Customers. Great employees like Sam keep you coming back!

I’m absolutely disappointed. I just left the location and ordered a chicken bacon, ranch wrap, and I get home to having no chicken in my wrap. Every other ingredient was included except for the chicken.
Humongous sub - couldn't eat it all. Love the traditional offerings...The Mediterranean wrap just wasn't my cup of tea but next time I'll explore other options.

We made an online order and went to the counter to give the name. One of the two older gentlemen kept snipping at us "We don't have a Kylie order" while waving his hands all around. I asked him " Is this 1996 Rockford Street?" After getting increasingly flustered the man finally realized our order had been made and was sitting on the back counter waiting for us. We received a quick "Sorry". Other than that exchange everything else was great. The other two employees were kind and the bathrooms were clean.
