We have ordered quite a bit from here, and it's been good. The last order was terrible. Ordered on the app, my husband picked it up on the way home. My veggie sub had basically pickles and cheese, not what I ordered. My husband's sub was supposed to have double meat, and lettuce tomatoes etc but was missing most of it. I sent an email about experience and someone was to get back to us over a month ago. I will not spend any more of my money here.

god i’m mostly in raleigh for school and the jjs there DONT compare at all to this jimmy johns. they’re gonna do it right every time here. this jimmy johns is the best ever. the sandwiches are made with love and perfection.

Clearly they have some kinks to work out operationally. I've been there twice since they opened. The first time I walked in an ordered a sandwich, moderately busy for one sandwich I waited at least 30 min. The second time to help with wait and time, I ordered on-line for a pickup. It was 7:40 from the confirmation of ordering and I was told to pick up at 7:10. I showed up at 7:10 and they hadn't even started to cook my order and the clerk said the pickup time was 7:12 but I still had wait 10 min to get the sandwich which made the total time 50 min. after ordering online. Not off to a great start for me. I'll give them one more chance.

I will never go back to Jimmy John's in Mount Airy North Carolina,they are very over priced they can't even heat your food up, and they have to many young kids in there working even under management cussing very bad language thinking you can't hear them I've called cooperate and nothing was done so I will never go back..

Very disappointed. We ordered the gargantuan which was supposed to be "loaded" with toppings. It was so skimpy that the bun was actually completely closed. It was very dry so we drove home and added Italian dressing. Never again will we visit that location.

The owners should secret there business and they will get all the feedback they need. They need to revisit the franchise training. People shop at a franchise, fast food restaurant to have the sandwiches made the same way no matter what state or location they're in. Also, when the customer asks for extra of a condiment, and you actually charge for it, there's no reason to argue with the customer. You should give them extra versus what you think extra is as the associate. The associates that work there need to understand that their personal drama is personal, customers shouldn't have to hear about their personal drama. An associate should know better than to argue with each other in front of the customer. It just makes for a poor experience. Who wants to eat their lunch and have to listen to other peoples problems that are being paid to work at the establishment that you're Patronizing.

so, we haven't gone to Jimmy jo(s for months because they kept screwing up the orders.... I drove down to jersey mikes because my husband said the newspaper said they were open...nope not yet, hurry up jerseys... so I go to Jimmy John's. I placed my order, two sandwiches, NO sauces on either... my sandwich is the Italian, no vinegar, no oil, no mayo, we are eating these later, I'll put my own on. so I'm watching the guy making them and he tells me I'll get them at the other end. I say I know, I just want to watch ( from past experiences) he says I know how to do my job and I do it well.... WELL. I have vinegar and oil on my sandwich... Jersey mikes cannot open fast enough! I've had it with jimmys... bye bye.

$8.00 for a turkey sub with 4 Pease's of meat no onion very little lettuce dripping with mayo nope NEVER again it was a half it was terrible they make subway look real good

I placed my order at 11:47am, it showed out for delivery at 12:02pm, okay so a little behind I understand, but it wasn't like them to be that behind. I called prior to receiving my order at 12:21pm where I inquired on an update of my order when I asked about my order the girl that answered didn't give a name where I was then handed over to a gentleman that answered with "Yea what did we do wrong"... I explained my situation again and was then told they were having a hard time getting drivers but the driver was out with my order and one other order. I asked if I was speaking with the manager in which I then got the reply of no I'm the owner.. I was shocked. I finally received my order at 12:28pm where I immediately noticed my missing drink. I was brought my drink at 12:35pm. Nearly an hour from the time I placed my order. The delivery location was less than 1/2 mile away. No offer for a refund, discount, anything. Definitely will reconsider my next visit.

Terrible place to work. Owner is cheap and a horrible business owner. Treats employees like garbage, pays the lowest in town, refuses to give raises because he thinks that as long as we think we have the possibility to get a raise well work extra hard. He also only pays his general manager 13 an hour which is pitiful.
