every time i come here it takes atleast 20 minutes to get my food, and it’s usually not even worth the wait. almost none of the workers speak english which makes ordering very difficult. the chicken is never ready to be serviced, and that makes no sense because this is a chicken place. overall this isn’t worth the wait, anger, OR the high prices. save your self the aggravation and go to chick-fli-a right next door. there they have almost no wait, it’s cheaper, the workers can communicate , have better quality food, and have a smile on there face the whole time.
We stopped to dine in for some always great chicken. We were instantly greeted by Kayla and Dakota. They were multi tasking and still had time for a warm greeting. They promptly took our order, offered add ons and specials. Super Customer service. The food was awesome. Matt the cook didnt hold back, he is always at his best. No the service didny end there. They checked on us and made sure they said by. Wow they are a great team. We will be back real soon. Highly recommend this KFC.

Ordered our food at a kiosk.Waited 40 minutes went to the counter. The gentleman said they never got the order which is funny because the people in front of us got their food and the people behind us. Then we waited another 15 minutes to get our food not impressed, definitely would fire that manager ask what they could do? To compensate us, they said nothing will never go to store G135187 again.

There huge outside sign advertises their buffet however they don’t have a buffet. They haven’t had a buffet for five years and have no plans to ever offer it again. They couldn’t care less that this constitutes false advertising.
