Stopped here to pick up a bucket of chicken and some sides for dinner. I don't often rate fast food restaurants unless I have a very good experience or a very poor one. This experience was exceptional compared to other KFCs. I ordered an 8 piece meal with all white meat and two sides and didn't have to wait long at all. Service was very friendly and fast and the food was excellent. Much more friendly and faster than Bojangles in the same town. We will definitely come back to this KFC.
Sometimes the chicken tastes plan without salt or any seasoning.

Ordered chicken nuggets combo, cold, greasy, salty and overcooked. Fed the nuggets to my dog, threw away cold fries.
The Mount Airy KFC is always good food to pick up for a easy dinner night
Terrible experience. I placed an online order. 2 chicken tender boxes with 2 sauces each. My husband ordered 2 pot pies. It was 7 pm. He was told they had no more pot pies available tonight?? Then when he got home, our food was ice cold, tough tenders like they'd been cooked all day and zero sauce for the tenders. I called and spoke with the manager. She saud her general manager would not let her do anything about it. So therefore, here is a google review on my money that was wasted tonight.

The Service doesn’t even rate one star. We ordered online. And there if you ordered a specific $ amount you get 3 free tenders. We placed the order for an hour later. I still waiting 15 minutes to get the food and when I asked about the free tenders she said it wasn’t on the order and they don’t have anything to do with it. Needless to say, I went inside and asked to speak to a manager but was told she was behind and I would have to wait. After 10 minutes standing there with the food I had been given getting cold, I just left

We walked into the restaurant and order through the self serve kiosk. As we were waiting for our food the manager comes up to my husband and states that they only have the extra crispy chicken we ordered in white meat. My husband let her know that it was fine (we assumed that we would just end up getting all white meat since we were not asked if we wanted original for substitution). We ended up getting our 8 piece family bucket with 4 pieces of extra crispy and 4 lousy small pieces of original. We didn’t complain and just kept the bucket as is. As my husband and I were eating out chicken we realized the the 4 pieces of original chicken were to pink for our linking, my husband then decided to go up and ask for an exchange. A young guy came up and my husband showed him the chicken and the employee stated he would get the manager. A young lady came up and my husband explained to her that the chicken was raw and asked for new ones. She didn’t say a word to him about it or apologize, she just went and got the chicken and said “here you go”. We continued to eat our meal and the 4 pieces of the original chicken that we got as replacements were still too pink. At this point we just left and went home since the customer service was not pleasant the first time we complained. We have dined at this establishment many times before but due to the service received tonight we are hesitant to even return. This was quite possibly the worst experience we have had here. We spent over 30$ on a family meal with 8 pieces of chicken to only be able to eat 4. Also not a single employee (even the manager) had a name tag on for identification.
