Good sandwich, but I originally went in because I wanted the famous bowl. Thirty minutes before closing and they're "out" of the bowls? Every ingredient is microwaved except the popcorn chicken I used to work there. Lazy employees.

Me and my family ordered fill up box,chicken pot pie,chicken little sandwich, mashed potatoes with gravy. The Chicken little sandwich was ordered with easy on the mayo and pickles but came plain,very tough small piece of chicken tender, The mashed potatoes came with a pea sized amount of gravy. Our last time eating here wasn't worth the money

I ordered my food online at 3:22 to be picked up at 5:30 and when I arrive at 5:28 I was told that my order just came thru in the system at 5:28 but then she proceeded to tell me that she had sold 3 pcs chicken that was in my order. Told me it would be another 20 minutes or so and there was nothing she could do about it. Poor customer service. Didn't even care, starting laughing about the situation while I was standing there. Told it was not her problem that I had ordered on the app.

Heed the reviews! This was by far the absolute worst chicken I've ever had. There is a huge difference in juicy chicken and grease filled chicken. There was an actual puddle of oil in the bottom of the box. 2 pieces of chicken were not cooked through. The fries were cold and the biscuits were hard and probably a day or two old.

worst chicken parts sence i ate at churches chicken !!!!!! once kfc was so impressive place to eat but now pathetic,this place should be shut down ,i know i go through drive at 8.00 pm most of time,but close at 7 if you are gonna sell left over crap !!!!!!
Asked for 8 pc crispy bucket. Was asked if we could take 4 original and 4 crispy. When we got home, we had only 6 pieces which were stale, because of course, they were the last pieces and had been sitting around for hours. Took these 6 pieces back and asked for 8 crispy and got them. Took them home and they were overcooked, too crispy, and over-salted by a bunch. It's time to give up the Colonel. Terrible!

What a RIPOFF! Stopped at the drive thru and ordered two chicken sandwiches, you know the one with the BIG HAND BREADED CHICKEN BREAST. What we got was a bun with two chicken tenders soaked in BBQ sauce. I'm calling corporate first thing Monday. I'm out $20
