Mount airy store is bad. I went over few nights ago and the kids that are running the store at night do not know what the hell they are doing. Boy comes to window ask me what I want and I said just a regular pizza and he said hold on and then he went and looked and said oh we don't have any and I said well how long B4 I can get one and he said oh I have no idea we don't even have any in the oven. Then you could hear all the kids in the back cutting up and laughing not doing shit. Place sucks. Need adult Management at night well all times if not they need just shut down

Had to wait forever while employees chitter chatter just wanted to cut up & very rude told us they did not hv 1 in oven & didn't know how long it would be I never go back to that need to replace every 1 of them

Waited 10 minutes at the window only to hear every worker laughing in the lobby with their significant others and baking area in the back. Memorial weekend & already closing everything down?? Only to get told at 9:55 they’re closed and no longer selling pizza… sorry to interrupt your teenage workers plans when the store closes at 11.

You get the feeling that whoever owns/runs this place doesn't care about it at all. Everytime and I mean every single time I've ever gone here the food is never ready in a reasonable amount of time it's always 45mins + and the staff is running around behind the counter in PJs and house clothes. No uniform what so ever. IV seen them in Crocs the whole 9... I mean you literally can't even tell if it's an employee serving you or just some random person. Someone needs to step and help this place before its shut down for good.

Yesterday, May 12, the manager that opened the store on 601 in Mount Airy was overly nice and very efficient with my mother who was there to pick up pizzas for my prek classes graduation. It’s great to know that there are still kind people in this world.

This place all ways marks your food ready 4 pick up when it is not !!! This has happend 4 times now ... I get a text drive over, pay, then they mark it picked up !! and then be told I have to wait 20 minutes to 30 minutes !! Becouse its not done .... they dont want to get in trouble so they mark it picked up when really they didn't even start the pizza ... Or it just got started ??? Its been my last 4 visit !!

Ordered a Detroit style pepperoni pizza this evening payed 11 bucks for it nit to mention I waited for over 20 minutes to get it and I get it home and it's nothing but basically bread and cheese they barely dabbed any sauce on the damn pizza at all who the hell wants a sauce less pizza

Health dept dream come true ... for violations counter was dusty warming racks where filthy dead flies on both window seals the whole place was a disaster. Employees were friendly though

I will not eat from there again. Went through the drive thru and ordered a regular pepperoni pizza and got what appeared to be a day old thin crust pizza.
