I just picked up 2 Classic pizzas. There were no pepperoni on either one. I tried to call. No answer. I am very disappointed. I got there alot. I had bought one fir someone's birthday. Debbie

Me and my husband ordered online last night after about a hour of the app saying it was in the oven we decided to go thru the drive thru to see if it was done since no one had been answering the phone we proceeded to wait another 45 min for our pizza to have like 5 pepperonis on it when it was a extra most bestest we also were missing items from our order and are pizza was barely warm like it had been sitting for awhile we proceeded to go home and my husband and I both got sick from it so we tried to call 10 more times after receiving are food and getting sick and no one answered we tried this morning to call still no answer we called corporate because of how ridiculous it was and corporate didn’t answer.

If I could give it 0 starts I would, I waited an extra 45 mins after I ordered on the app and I was given essentially like warm food and the order wasn’t even correct. In addition I called to try to correct it got no answer so I ate the food and proceeded to get sick after like 15 minutes.

I've been doing business with Little Caesars in Mount Airy for several years, and the place has truly gone downhill lately! Today my girlfriend and I wanted to order a pizza and learned that the lobby was closed and they would not answer phone call orders. You had to order online, or no pizza! So we decided to go plain and easy, just order an extra most bestest, and when we picked it up, it was very disappointing to say the least! It had nearly no pepperonis on it, virtually no cheese, a little tomato sauce, and when we tried to return it, they claimed that's the way they've always made them! Well, I've bought way more than a dozen extra most bestest pizzas over the years, and what we got today was not even close to what I've been purchasing over the past several years. To be very honest, it wasn't much more than tomato paste flavored bread!!! I don't know what they're doing, or why they're doing it, but if they continue to make and sell pizzas like what they sold us today, they won't be in business much longer! And they shouldn't be in business much longer. I'm that disappointed with this pizza, and I'm even more disappointed that they wouldn't take it back when we complained about the poor quality! If the same people that made this pizza clean the restaurant, the health department probably needs to inspect this place! Personally, I won't go back anymore.

I walk in and no one's at front then a man comes up ask me is it pick up I said no I asked wàt they had cooked he said nothing bùt a p pepperoni. Pizza so that's wat I took there was no one in there or drive though. I asked if they could fix̌ a a stuffed crust pepperoni and she's pizza and he said it would be 30 minutes. And now, when ahead of me they are getting very bad. In that pizza place, it used to be a good place to eat. The pizza was no good. Had no cheese barely any pepperoni's. And the crust was thinner and then a face a cheese. I think I deserve A. Whole new pizza, my name is Trish. I think. They should send me a coupon for a free stuffed crest. We ordered The Ultimate Supreme Pizza. The toppings and the whole pizza weren't cooked all the way. The bread isn't even cooked all the way. I wouldn't recommend this pizza place to anybody.

Well let's start from beginning I've just got off phone with customer service which they were great. So let's start. I understand your busy but this is what happened. Went through drive through ordered what we wanted and was told it would be 20 min. No biggie that's great went and done a few things while I waited came back 28 minutes later and the cashier said one item was not made it they was making it now no problem. I ask to see the manager the cashier said hes in the bathroom. An hour later just remember this was after the 28 minutes so he came out and said that they did not make one of the items if I wanted something different than what I had ordered.REALLY.. I said just refund me what u can't make. I was told that they had to refund the whole thing after that I ask to see the manager again this was 20 minutes later and cashier said he is still in bathroom. I said really. U know when u look back in kitchen and the employees playing around and dancing hugging each other you know the manager is not doing his job. I thought well it's pretty bad when the manager hides in bathroom instead of watching his employees and making sure everything runs smoothly. We'll when district manager calls me IF HE DOES. I will update this but you can bet I will never order there at that location ever again... Very poor management. Very sad to see a business run down this bad.

I got pizza and cheesy bread. Took over 45minutes when I was told 15 minutes. Pizza had no sauce and the cheesy bread was nasty. The workers were playing around the whole time and going outside. They kept saying my stuff was coming but never did. When I did get it I said something and the young man ignored me. These young kids don't care about anybody except themselves. They are going to loose a lot a business in the future. I will not recommend this pizza place in Mt Airy ever.
