We love this location! We pretty much only get the smoked brisket, it's just too good to consider switching up our order š. It's smoky, tender, juicy, but balanced perfectly with a slightly chewy crunchy outer crust. Seasoned perfectly, and comes with a side of coleslaw, and your choice of sauce. Worth every penny! Oh and they have a drive thru, so order ahead and swing thru for easy pickup.

I got a take out chopped bbq sandwich plus quarts of slaw and bbq slaw for a potluck the next day. The waitress was careful to separate the items for my sandwich so it didnāt get soggy before I got home. The sandwich had a generous portion of chopped pork bbq which was flavorful and moist. The bbq slaw, on the side, was fresh and tasty. The two sides I got for the pot luck were delicious and the other guests enjoyed them. My waitress was polite and respectful of my time and brought me a to go cup of ice water in case I got thirsty during my wait. I left with an overall feeling that the staff cared that I was satisfied with the service and quality of the food I purchased.

My wife and I came to Mt.Airy for a long overdue vacation, on our last evening there we found Little Richardās BBQ and it was fantastic, we plan on returning to Mt. Airy and my wife canāt wait to go to Little Richardās again!

Oh. My. Goodness. This place is SO good! Best brisket outside of Texas. HUGE portions (see pictures) that are delicious. Several side options. We left full as ticks! Love it and look forward to dining here again.
Vegetarian options: Vegetarians can find options, but nothing next level. This is southern comfort food.

Can you believe this BBQ tray was over $12.00??? The bag of hushpuppies was bigger than this container and its contents...I am just speechless! The container is the size of my small eye on my stove. You would have thought I ordered off of a tapas menu.

Had very rude service by Valeria T in the take out window. She seemed miserable to be there and acted as if I was an inconvenience to her. Not the way to treat paying customers, especially at $8.25 for a pint of coleslaw. I donāt mind paying the price but the service should at least be friendly at a minimum.
This is an awesome place for BBQ and especially brisket. Stopped on a Wednesday evening very busy which indicates a popular eating place. Everything was spotlessly clean, food was delicious and the waitress, Calle, was friendly, helpful and efficient. can't recommend this place highly enough.
