Worst bbq we’ve ever had. Got the brisket, chopped pork, and the smoked sausage. Baked beans, Mac n cheese and bbq slaw.Brisket was grey. There should be a nice pink smoke ring. It was all so flavorless and almost like it came from a gas station. Bbq slaw was nasty. Tried every sauce. 2 were okay, the liquidy one and the Smokey bbq one. The rest were not good. Sad meal. We barely ate any of it.

We love this place! Best BBQ and hush puppies we have ever had. We drive from Michigan to Myrtle Beach every year and always stop in Mt Airy NC just to eat at Little Richard's! The servers are always so friendly and welcoming.
My wife had the BBQ nachos while I had the BBQ and brisket plate. Food was very good including the collards and sweet tea! We'll definitely stop by the next time we are in town.

I have eaten smoked pork BBQ all over the Carolinas of all types. This was some of the most incredible smoked pork I have ever had. I was honestly in shock. I wasn't expecting it to be so succulent and perfectly smoked. These guys can cook a hog.

good service i got the wings in the soul rub and it was really good. nicely cooked and good seasoning. all the sauce on the ribs and brisket was amazing. waiter was really good. and good banana

Barbecue is good. BBQ slaw was good. I love the hushpuppies, and they give you a lot of them. The deep-fried chips were good. The kids got BBQ sandwiches, and they enjoyed them. I also like the BBQ salad sometimes. It's a plate full!
