The Big Macs didn't taste right ...smelt like perfume....wife and I both took a couple of bites of each and threw the rest in the trash....wasted 15 bucks
Sucks, and the food is usually cold by the time you get it ?? Maybe McDonald's should listen to a man that knows: Reinvent McDonald's or renivate, because it is a poor man's cheap food, people were nice and slightly helpful, but slow and managers need to rested the manager training again and include lower employees, either re-Invent Mcdonals with a new look like KFC did long ago, as I did by thinking and coming up the large sweet tea with your purchased meal, Also got a plack for my Ideas and people see me and always ask for advise about their businesses workings and upgrades and gimmics, simple thoughts,easy for me to thinking see how to make situations better ?

They will actually give you 'extra napkins' upon request, and not just 2 napkins..!

Employees are slow and lazy. At 7:30 am Coffee was ice cold. Food was sub par.

Poor service at best. Ordered quarter pounder with cheese and bacon meal. After reviewing receipt, noticed a $2.29 up charge for the bacon. Menu clearly stated quarter pounder with cheese and bacon meal is $10.19. My meal cost me $12.48. I could have ate at chilies for less with better food. I brought this up to the cashier, and got a shoulder shrug.

everytime i come i always get treated rudely, smoothies aren’t filled up to the top, go to any other mcdonalds and it’ll be filled up, i said something to the manager i think i don’t even know, she was rude and responded back rudely after i said something about it not being filled, it’s always something, they recently also made a deal about an order that my stepdad had made, because they were giving them out wrong and was an order behind so he got the order from the person in front, when he said some the person at the cashier then proceeded to make it a deal he called the manager, manager was somewhat comprehensive and gave the order back right, mind you in a rude manner, but still not good customer service, always rude, and most of the time you’ll get your order wrong.

Just came through the drive thru excited for the snack wraps to be back, and the guy taking my order became extremely rude for no reason when I asked a simple question. He then continued to patronize me through the entire ordering process as if I was supposed to know the answer to what I was asking. I get to the window, the manager on duty takes my money and when I complained that he was extremely rude she quite literally turned her head and didn’t say a word. I said “oh so no one cares here, okay”, and she continued to then ignore what I said and asked if I wanted to wait on my food since it was going to take time to make. Absolutely ridiculous and horrible customer service. I have worked in fast food AS A MANAGER for many years and nothing warrants you being so rude for no reason. I will say upon receiving my food, the guy that took my order walked it out and apologized which I appreciated, but the manager lady provided zero words of any kind, and showed zero concern when I spoke up. To top it all off, when I drove away, the majority of my order was wrong. When I drove back around to the speaker box, the manager answered this time and didn’t ask me what part of it was wrong, she just proceeded to remake the part of the order that was actually correct; so when she handed me a new bag of food, it was only then that I was able to explain what was wrong with it which then gave me 5 more minutes of waiting. So all in all I have spent a good 15 minutes of my night receiving poor customer service, the wrong food, and an extended wait time for an extremely simple order. Truly the worst experience I’ve ever had at any McDonald’s restaurant.

Anywhere you go McDonalds is always a place to go.
Food tastes good, but it would taste even better if I was given what I paid for. Asked for extra bacon on my biscuits and somehow got even less than regular bacon. Shame.
