My 11 year old son begged for a "Shamrock shake" for the last few weeks. I finally gave in last night, and my gosh, did he pay for it. Man handed all our food to us and said "brb gotta get your shake." There was one on the counter made, but another worker said something to the guy that prompted him to make another one. I should have known ? He made a new one and looked up through the bottom of it...I asked him, "Is everything alright? We can get something else if it's not..." And he was already shoo'ing me away basically. He said, "There was just something wrong with that cup." At the time I thought he meant the cup itself was cracked or leaking from that first one that was still on the counter. About 3 hours after eating and drinking only about 3/4 of the shake, my kid woke up and exorcist style vomited. Projectile green curdled milk. I've honest to God never seen anything like it in real life. He's also had diarrhea all night and morning. I'd love for the owner to reach out and let me know how we can rectify the fact that your staff somehow poisoned my child last night... I'll be waiting, but it doesn't really seem you reply to any of your reviews.

Pull through the job through 340 breakfast is on the menu but you tell me you’re not serving breakfast. I wait till 4 o’clock for breakfast to start and you make me wait 30 minutes for a biscuit to bake after I paid. Not the first time this has happened.

I been going there anough times not to go back. The service is horrible ? I ordered one thing and got another. Went in to get things straightened out, and the so-called manager did not give me the receipt back after I asked her if I could have it back. ? please, when people come to you all and order food and pay for it, they want to get what they pay for, not what others want them to have. I am so not trying to go back to McDonald's before work or anytime

Stopped here to grab a bite before hitting the road back to Blythewood. Ordered quickly but was told to pull up and wait for my food to come out. It definitely wasn't fast food but it was good. I understand clock watching and whatnot but it's such a bad customer experience either way when they're not ready to serve. It wasn't busy when I pulled up, maybe 3 cars, but idk what happened before I came.
Just went and used the bathroom and couldn't because it was so nasty the toilet seat was disturbing as was the floor and trash can both stalls was the same and the toilet wasn't flushed woman's blood and pads and tampons in the toilet not flushed all over the seat and looks like someone could t make it to the toilet on time and blow it everywhere like really yall young kids working there are so fuxking lazy to not clean the restroom and plus seeing all the reviews and my experienceings there I'm surprised y'all still have a job let alone still operating in calling the head McDonald's in the morning and letting them know this absurd 0 stars!!!!!!

literally the worst mcdonald's i've never been to, especially to be visiting in town. currently have been sitting 34 mins as we speak (got here at 8pm) waiting on just 2 mcchickens and a large tea. there's currently 10 other people in here waiting on food as well, and it's super dirty in here! i'd definitely give it a 0 star if the app would let me.
