They were locals and knew the owner, Chris - seems like a great guy and I was so happy to support a small business owner - and, my check was picked up by the 3 others I met. They offer wild caught cod on romaine wraps- very surprised to see this in the little town of Mount Airy but they are definitely with the program if you’re sensitive to flours, gluten-free etc. Customer service /waitress was great Making sure everything was right for diet limitations! It’s located right on the main drag in town, easy parking- no meters wahoo !..and everything was great other than it was just a tad loud inside NICE PLACE ✅GREAT FOOD Their Rice is gooood!

Specialized tacos! The best margaritas you will find in town and a real personal touch. This restaurant is a highlight to downtown mount airy. Also, check out their catering, it is SO delicious and their setup is the best!

The best queso there’s ever been is made right here! Love this place, the people they have working there, and the amazing family who owns this and is behind the dream! We love “purple Taco Bell” as Mabry calls it!
They have good food and drinks, the seating could be better however. Twice now we have been sat at a booth with that likes to sway and move with every movement. Our waitress this last visit seemed like she had a lot going on. She barely came to check on us and when she did it would take a while to get napkins, refills etc. I would go back though don't get me wrong.

Got a to go order with extra queso. Paid $4 for a tablespoon of queso. Also no chips or salsa to go along with it like all other Mexican restaurants provide.
