Looks to be half ate. Its soggy squshed together. Barley any fries burnt/dried out. Gotta say this time was the worst out of the other bad experiences with odells. One time got a hotdog basket well it was missing a hotdog. Then theres been plenty times i ask/say baskets and dont get the fries and they made me repay just for the fries!!??

Called in my order and arrived 10 minutes later, and had to wait 25 minutes for a simple O'Dell special and fry. The service is slow. Wasted almost my entire lunch break there. I was the only car in the lot.

This is an AMAZING place!! The food is incredible, the service is fantastic ! We were only in the area for one day, and found this restaurant. What a jewel!
So, I am from Mayberry and believe me when I say that l have learned more about Mt Airy since relocating. This place is ICONIC! "O'Dells".. spend some money and bring back that drive in feel! PEOPLE LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! Just a quick meal here last night, hot dogs, fries and strawberry shake. Every morsel was devoured. BUT... slow down a bit, perfection is there! Love to invest here, NO DOUBT!!

One of the worst experiences I've ever had!! Cold food, rude workers!! They have a bunch of kid running this place. Got cold food, buns hard, fries reheated! Ask to replace the food with fresh food! They charged me to replace for the fresh food!!! Told them no way and I will NEVER step foot in at this place again. Places need to remember without returning customer you don't have a business for long! Best advertisement is word of mouth. Shame on you O'dells for letting this place go downhill. Oh, I guess you don't really care!!

Love the food! And love the people, their always friendly no matter who comes out. Forget minor things like ranch or ketchup, but they dont mind bringing it out. Good prices for good food.
