Love Pizza Hut pizza and service is great. Order is always ready when it's supposed to be. My only feedback is that I think the pan pizza is always undercooked. It would be great if you could check your cooking time calibration. Thanks.

The customer on the night shift is non-existent. They're all drama ridden drama loving immature kids t he are unsupervised. They have no respect, no manners and especially no experience in customer service. Every time we go there it's a bunch of drama going on in the kitchen and arguing and crying amongst the employees so therefore ofc our orders are never correct. Absolutely will not be returning to this store again.

What a HORRIBLE experience at Pizza Hut on Christmas Eve. We waited for 20 min in the drive thru line and I eventually went inside because the app said my food was ready. It was another 10 min inside before anyone even helped me and when she finally found my order, I had to wait another 5 min for her to MAKE THE SALAD that I had ordered. It was a horrible experience and I doubt I will go back. How very disappointing!

We had 25 people in our group waitress was lazy unorganized and had no clue what she was doing , bringing us dirty to go boxes , no refills no silverware , no plates , and then I was the only one in the group that got no food and when I asked where my food was and she looked at me like I was crazy and then she comes back and she forgot to put the order in .
Well been waiting on food on Friday night for almost an 1 1/2 hrs…… no food in sight…. Take out orders leaving but dining room is full and few are eating. Messed up our movie plans. Waitress is sweet but seriously doubt I will come back anytime soon. Do better!!

Called to place an order and was put on hold then hung up on. Called back and when I told the next person what happened he said not a problem and put me on hold. A third person comes on the line and I explained what happened she said ok sooo. When I told her there was no apology from any of the people and I would take my business elsewhere she said ok and hung up. All 3 people were so rude and unprofessional.

Horrible! Wish I could leave 0 Stars! We went into dining room and we were the only 2 customers in the entire place. Sat there for 15 minutes and no one came to our table. Staff ignored us and standing around talking and completely ignored us being there. Also, some employee was picking stuff off the salad bar and tasting it with their bare hands. After waiting for over 15 minutes we got up and left and no one said anything to us or offered to apologize. Won't go back anymore! Pizza Hut has always been our choice for pizza, but not at this location. This is terrible!

1 star because you can't give them a 0. Food was burnt so had to recook service was rude and took for ever and I called my order in for carry out. I placed my order was told 15 min went in to get my food and was not ready waited another 20 mind was told they burnt and had to make more didn't offer to compensate or even apologize. This place has went way down hill. Save your money and time. And go some where else. I went on sept.29.24. At 4:00
