The food was fresh and hot. Delicious!
I recently visited Porky's and overheard something quite concerning. While I was trying to dethaw my overly frozen ice cream, I heard two staff members discussing how little they get paid for the amount of service they provide. Every time I step into this place, I see the same girl at the front who looks tired and overworked.
The management also seems quite bullying in their approach. For all these reasons, I feel compelled to give this establishment one star. Please do better, because despite these flaws, I do love some of the food.
Worst breakfast ever!!!!! I don’t know where these great reviews are coming from. Maybe their lunch is better. I honestly couldn’t finish it. Hockey puck sausage, hard as a rock biscuit and cold gravy. So if you’re into salty shoe leather then this is the place for you. My first clew should’ve been that the place was completely empty in the middle of breakfast time. I will admit, she did pretty good on the fried eggs though.
The girls behind the counter are super sweet. The food was ok, there wasn't really anything wrong but I was just disappointed in it. The condiments on the table were just empty bottles refilled with ketchup, etc. The bottles were kinda dirty and gross. Needless to say, I didn't use it. Ice cream was hersheys but had a bit of a funny taste and seemed a little freezer burnt. This place has really gone downhill. Its a shame.
Prices are a little high one hot dog and french fries shouldn't be no $5 dollars

From breakfast to dinner, catering my group gatherings or just buying a smoked butt- great food and great folks. They have catered or provided food for my family and church gatherings, or just a meal-for-one, great choice and food.
Kid-friendliness: I have carried my grandchildren (2-8yrs old) and been very happy with selection and seating

We were looking for barbecue at someplace we hadn’t had and that wasn’t corporate. The exterior looked tired in my opinion, but that doesn’t necessarily mean the inside isn’t good. We ordered two chopped pork plates with sides. One was barbecue slaw and fries. The other was macaroni and cheese and fries. Both had a side of Texas toast. The barbecue was all right, but tasted synthetic in someway. The french fries were fine. The macaroni and cheese was odd looking, it was a cross between orange and yellow, but very fake looking and had absolutely no taste. Both of our Texas toasts had a funny smell to them, like something was old. It tasted fine, so my guess is that it was an offbrand of margarine that was used; we couldn’t get past the smell to eat it though. I looked through three bottles of ketchup to try and find one that didn’t smell or taste funny. After looking at the bottles, I realized that they refill their bottles probably from a big can of ketchup. That was why it tasted funny, it’s not Heinz ketchup, which the bottles were labeled. And you could tell that they refill the bottles because the labels are worn out. One of the lids wouldn’t screw all the way on the bottle, it just sat there. The price was reasonable, but at the lack of quality it would have to be. We definitely won’t be back there. I had high hopes because of the reviews, but it was pretty disappointing.

My first time eating here. I did a call in order for hamburger steak plate with green peppers and onions with slaw, baked beans, roll and a hotdog, and a large drink. It was delicious, very reasonably priced and good customer service. The young lady even brought my food to my vehicle for me! I will definitely be ordering here again to try some different food!
Had their home made spaghetti, it was good but too many noodles not enough sauce

Cute and clean. Good little cheeseburgers. Friendly staff. Good sweet tea but I was charged full price for a refill. That was a first for me anywhere.

Friday 1/2 pound burger special is one of the best old fashioned big burgers around , actually looks like the ‘model’ pictures and taste to match , hot burger , cool crisp lettuce tomato and onion ! Spaghetti plate is great too .
Not sure where these good reviews came from , this place is horrible. Save your money
