I understand the pandemic stress, but the man on the phone taking the to-go order was impatient and impersonal. Like dude, it's not my fault. The food was good. His rudeness kind of took the joy out of not having to cook and picking a burger up.

Fantastic service by Jennie! She was a bright spot, a highlight of our meal. The kitchen didn't hold up their end. We didn't get our pretzel appetizers until our entrees arrived, however, Jennie's sense of humor and warmth made up for it. Ask for her station if you go!

We have ate here several times through the years and the experience has been up and down but we will never eat there again. The service was extremely slow (15 minutes to get asked what we wanted to drink). The food was terrible. I'm not sure what has caused it to go down hill quickly but it has. It's not normal for me to leave a bad review, even with a bad experience I usually leave no review at all but we were both really sick after we got home and had the same meal. Good way to waste $80

My family visit to Ruby Tuesdays was awesome. Our waitresses Lindsay & Jenny really took care of us. They didn't know that we were grieving when we entered, they kept us smiling, laughing and giving us something to talk about. I didn't get the managers name (sorry about that) we had one small hiccup, she was on it, took care of us. Everything was smooth after that. Go visit Ruby Tuesdays, asked to have Jenny as your waitress you won't regret. I'm saddened to say that Lindsay's last day at work was yesterday in white we didn't get to say so long to her.

This place has wonderful service they prepare your food the way you like. If something isn't right with what you ordered they do all they can to make sure you are satisfied with your food. They have a program that you can sign up for to receive a gift for your birthday.
I wasnt hungry when I went there. I got the Salad bar to eat something but I only went back twice. I think the best bet is to just get an app if you are not super hungry. There lettuce has never caused my stomachs problems as other have.

Our party of 4 stopped for lunch today and we all had the garden bar or soup/garden bar as our meal. The server was attentive and perfect, but the garden bar was a huge disappointment. I went through a stack of about 6 dirty plates before finding a clean one. There was a significant amount of limp and slimy lettuce mixed in with fresh lettuce, and it was difficult to pick through. Every cucumber on a large platter was old and transparent (had turned). The ham was dried out. Much of the bar was not fresh, including the premixed pasta salad. You can do better than this.
