I have been a customer of Mt Airy for years and today I order a Carmel Machiotto and it was horrible. Went in and had it remade and it was again horrible. Drive thru took forever and the store was not busy as I found out when I went I. To have drink remade. Staff was not normal staff all new ppl. BRING BACK OLD STAFF OR U LOSE A CUSTO.ER BC THIS STAFF IS HORRIBLE AND CANT MAKE COFFEE DRINKS. WASTED $7.00 ON CRAP

Typical Starbucks as far as atmosphere, offers in door and outdoor seating as well as a drive thru. The lighting is low creating an overall feel of warmth and friendliness. Coffee ranges from brewed to frappe with mainstay flavors and seasonal. The food is not bad however it is prepared somewhere else and microwaved on site. There is plenty of swag and Starbucks merch for purchase.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at the Mount Airy, NC Starbucks. The drive-thru staff was shockingly rude, making me feel rushed and unwelcome. On top of that, the coffee I received was of poor quality—watery, bitter, and nothing like what I usually get from Starbucks. I expected a warm, friendly interaction and a well-made drink, but instead, I left frustrated and dissatisfied. I will think twice before returning to this location and hope they improve both their customer service and coffee quality.

There was a long line, but they worked the line very fast and remained very friendly and helpful! Our drinks were made perfect! Thank you for smiling faces at 6:30am 😊
Staff is friendly and quick. Store is kept clean. Always polite and the staff always brightens my day with good humor. And all 4 of my dogs love their pup-cups when I have them with me.
