I used to love this location! Their cold brew was always soo good and spot on every time.
Unfortunately, for maybe the past month or two something is wrong with their water filtration system. The employees mentioned they changed the filter, but the water tastes like tap water.
Since coffee is mostly water it does impact the taste and quality of the product being served.
Hopefully they will get their RO filtration system repaired or replaced soon!

Great coffee per usual but better have at least 30 min to sit in the drive through. Only 3 cars in front of me and was in drive thru for over 30 min.
Sent my boyfriend in to pick up our order and when I picked up the cup I realized it was pretty light, opened it to find about half of a drink. Insane for a $6 cup of coffee. Employees also seem to have lacked in customer service training. I will be remaining at my normal elkin store from now on.

Staff was clearly overwhelmed and unorganized. Certain staff members were rude to guests. Waited for over 30 mins for drinks, which would not have been terrible except staff was impatient and beyond rude, horrible customer service. It's not a great reflection on Starbucks as a whole.

Honestly the best Starbucks I’ve been to. No idea why it’s rated at 4 stars it’s definitely a 5. Always busy but they move very quickly and staff is great.

Drinks are ok, but not at the level you'd expect from Starbucks. Some employees are great, a few are rude and inconsiderate. If you order dairy free, keep an eye on your drink as it's being made because they will put regular milk 9 times out of 10.
