Best life

I had the driest sub ever last night and had to choose another cheese because the store was out of mozzarella. Normally, I love this Subway, so I will try again.

Like the Ability to being able to customize my own Sandwich ?, To my Individual Preference, It's anotha Generic Sandwich shop it can be Pricey($) if ask for Double Meat ? or Order few Footlongs, So bust out your Piggy ? Bank ?, Subs are Tasty ? when Eat from There.

I go to subway 2 or 3 times a month. Always been great until Tuesday March 12th. The buns were so hard on both wheat and white I never had such old bread served at a subway before. Think I'll try another subway next time.

Had a HORRIBLE experience with the food. Ordered a chicken teriyaki and did not want the fresh mozzarella offered. Asked for american cheese in replacement and still was given COLD fresh mozzarella even though I requested a toasted sub. Ordered a 6 inch Black forest ham. Received no banana peppers and mayo which I did not request. Bad experience, Bad food.

Stop to get a philly steak and cheese on Italian break, warmed not toasted. Tomatoes, onions and green peppers. Got home bread was toasted, 2 strips of onions, 1 strip of green pepper and no tomatoes. Would have taken it back but I live to far

I love their meatball subs. But, the only way for them to get your food right is if you are standing there watching them make it. If it's an online order, or drive through, at least half is usually wrong.

We ordered three sandwiches in the drive-through this evening. Two of them contain the wrong ingredients. The bacon was undercooked. One had such a weird taste to it, that the sandwich was simply thrown away.

Placed an online order through the subway app yesterday and the delivery address got messed up in their system for a second time, and my dasher just took it back to the store and left it in front of their door. Didn’t even bother to take it inside. Tried reaching out to door dash and they are taking responsibility and have send multiple refund requests to subway and someone from either this location or their main office is refusing to refund me of my order because it was marked completed even though I never got my food and have pictures to prove it. I’m very disappointed with the service and will never order from this store again. I’m also escalating this matter as high as I can go. I’m not the type to complain but this isn’t right to hold my money hostage when I never got what I ordered. Will also be deleting the subway app and never using it again

I went this afternoon to get a sub after my ride on the Greenway. I’ve never been to this Subway before but I had excellent service! I ordered a buffalo chicken sub on flatbread and the girl who was making my sub was brand new. She did a great job listening to her coworkers about how to make the sandwich and her coworkers did a great job of guiding her on what she needed to do :) It was really nice to see people who take pride in what they do and take the time to train their employees properly. I had a pleasant experience and I will definitely be going back because my sub was one of the best I’ve ever had!! Strongly recommend!
