Ordered Tuna fish sandwich, the tuna was horrible the employee used his hands and was watery and looked different than before. I asked employee why tuna different he ignored me. I had to throw it out. I called the store was told I am not allowed to speak to manager and the guy who answered phone refused to give me his name or manager name. Stay away

Went to this subway 8/30/24 at 1:05pm. We ordered online for curbside pickup. We got to the store and called so they could bring it out. The girl on the phone said “you can come in and get it” giggled and hung up. Just curious what the point of curbside pickup is? It’s really pointless to offer the service especially when I have 3 kids in the car and still have to go inside.

The subway at Bannertown is the best, I called in an order and the lady was very nice, the sub was fresh and delicious, I recommend this location highly!!
I have to say this was the best sandwich I have ever had from subway. I always get the exact same thing and I get it toasted. Usually the ends of the bread are hard as a rock, but not this time. The young man working there this morning must know something everyone else that works there don't. The bread was toasted absolutely perfect, just crispy enough and still nice and soft. I don't know the boys name but I would like to say thanks for the awesomeness. I'm definitely going there on lunch break again before we head back to Kentucky. Thanks
