3 yogurt machine out of order, had to choose from 4 available of not of my liking so I decided to go for the chocolate…. It was liquid!!! That made my decision to walk out and never go back. NEVER.

Sweet Frog in Mount Airy is a great little spot for a frozen treat. Their frozen yogurt is delicious — smooth, creamy, and full of flavor. What really stands out is the massive selection of toppings. From fresh fruit and candies to cookies, syrups, and more, there’s pretty much something for everyone to pile on.
That said, just be aware that they charge by the weight, so things can get expensive really fast — especially if you get a little carried away at the toppings bar (which is easy to do!). It’s definitely a treat-yourself kind of place, and while the price adds up, the quality makes it worth it.
Pro tip: swing by the ATM or make sure you’ve got your credit card handy, because your sweet tooth might cost a little more than you expect. Still, all in all, it’s a solid spot for a fun and tasty dessert experience.

This is the most rundown food establishment I've ever seen. First impression: fingerprints all over the glass. Inside, looks like someone threw the furniture around. Only two machines are working. There's no employee behind the counter when I get there. The whole place was grubby and nasty. There's a Sweet Frog in Hendersonville, NC that's like the Taj Mahal compared to this place.

The service was great - Bree was the employee. However, it was extremely busy and there were not enough staff to help. The line was 15 people deep and two flavors were broken/down. I felt so bad, I offered to help but the employee humbly declined. So sad to see a business not care about its employees and by consequence their customers.

Was visiting from out of town and the poor worker was so helpful but she was too busy for just one person. I think this place could be more efficient if they had more than one employee on for a closing shift.

This place has totally went to shambles! Tonight’s venture there was PATHETIC, more machines out of order or broken than there was working machines. Then the flavors available, BASIC, they need to get with it. I like options and when I visit other locations they are totally different and all are working, clean facility and the topping bar clean and properly filled. So SAD…..
