The service was great - Bree was the employee. However, it was extremely busy and there were not enough staff to help. The line was 15 people deep and two flavors were broken/down. I felt so bad, I offered to help but the employee humbly declined. So sad to see a business not care about its employees and by consequence their customers.

This place has totally went to shambles! Tonight’s venture there was PATHETIC, more machines out of order or broken than there was working machines. Then the flavors available, BASIC, they need to get with it. I like options and when I visit other locations they are totally different and all are working, clean facility and the topping bar clean and properly filled. So SAD…..

Half of the machines were out of service. Hardly had any flavors to choose from. The lady working only spoke to tell me the price of my yogurt. She didn’t even crack a smile. I usually love sweet frog but, I was disappointed this last trip.

I have been coming to this location for some time now (about 3 years) and have always loved what they have to show including service and the genuine people who work there, tho the recent times i’ve visited the service seems to have been dying out which is upsetting considering the workers in the past have been the best in terms of customer service. The newest workers as of writing this are visibly not interested when asking questions or even trying to make nice small talk which is fine understandably people not always want to talk but when it comes to questions regarding the service i feel it at the very least requires a little bit of guidance especially when it comes to the sanitary use of the spoons when it come to the add on section of the place. This particular sweet frog has always been a favorite and it’s disappointing to see the workers put it to shame. Overall frozen yogurt is awesome but a little hard to test when the machines and flavors are always down.
