This was the absolute best experience I've ever had at a taco bell. I have been traveling and am from out of state. I've always said I wish (home) taco bell would make it better and this taco bell is the best! I wouldn't have changed a single thing.

Ordered online went to pick up order and one of the guys making the food noticed me just standing there so he walks over and I ask for my cup thinking nothing of it and in no rush and he mouths off to me about my cup I got a freeze and it was there with my food but he is rude about a cup for I drink i already paid for

Is it authentic Mexican? No. Am I going to go there anyway because it's delicious? Yes. If you're looking for Michelin star rated tacos, this is probably isn't your place. If you're looking for somewhere to satisfy that late night craving for semi decent prices, it's pretty good.

My fiance stopped by this location on his way home, we typically go to the one on north Andy Griffith parkway. However, today this location was along his way home. To start, we always have to test the mtn dew when we get our food from inside the lobby bc for some reason the fountain drinks in the lobby typically don't taste good at all. And per usual, it was horrible so he asked for them to give him mtn dew from the machine they have at the drive thru. The Andy Griffith location has zero issue or attitudes about getting the mtn thru the drive thru if the lobby machine tastes bad. But the people at this location got an attitude and told him there was no difference btwn the machines and they didn't want to get the mtn dew from the drive thru machine. He ordered our usual order which is 2 of the $5 boxes. With his, he always gets the taco changed to a soft taco and that's all he changes. I change mine to a soft taco, no lettuce and I get nachos with cheese and an extra cup of cheese instead of the cinnamon twists. They made both of the boxes like mine and didn't give the extra cheese. But what made everything downright horrible is when I opened the boxes... the burritos and tacos were disgustingly soaked in grease! I've never gotten food from taco bell with that amount of grease, it was so soaked in grease and they had such horrible attitudes that we decided to throw it away and get food from the va 500 bc we had done lost our appetite for any of their food. So, I absolutely DO NOT recommend this location. But I do highly recommend the north Andy Griffith location bc even on their bad days, its a million times better than this location in every aspect!

I love this Taco Bell! the employees are always nice, apologetic for even the smallest wait when busy, and while I rarely ever have an issue with my food, if a customization is ever missed or item left out, they make it right asap! they're fast and efficient, the food always tastes good and after years of frequenting it I can't think of one time I didn't leave happy.
