Everytime they mess up the order and put the wrong things on or they miss a bunch of items and nothing is ever done about it . Idk who’s working but they are not paying attention or something there’s a few reviews I’ve read stating the same problems or other problems such as rude staff . 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this Taco Bell.

Left off 2 items of my order then put avocado on my soft taco when I took it back the manager biy with red hair and a hat went over to the screen and looked my order up like I was lying....seriously??? And the girl with the gray looking hair didn't do anything but stand around running her mouth this is the taco bell at the food lion on Lebanon street and hwy 52

Do not go to the new Taco Bell the food always tastes old or like it's been soaking in old deep fryer oil all day. Literally the last 3 times we've ordered nachos or cinnamon twists they taste so old and stale. They're so nasty that one bite and you'll spit it right back out. After the 3rd time I call the store and tell them and all he could say was I'm so sorry about that and we can't give you anymore bc we're out of them. Did not even offer to make it right in anyway whatsoever. The one on 601 is definitely better than the new store.

The staff here was awesome. Very helpful. Food was great prepared very well. Very safe and clean
Customers should be given a choice to order by kiosk or at the cashier. No menu plus prices was on the wall. Empty walls. Kiosk gave no prices. Ended up ordering two cantina and coke from a nice cashier. Food was ok but overpriced. Not going back!

Thoughtful and gorgeous new-wave restaurant design with customer service going above and beyond expectations for any restaurant! My husband and I tried the new Cheez-It menu items today ordering through the app and eating in restaurant we ordered some fiesta potatoes and drinks as well. Everything was piping hot and delicious!
