10/16/2025 update Dont go inside to order. They forget your there and hand out your food to other people. If your not a drive though customer you might as well be a doormat. If you have to eat here and wanna eat inside go though the drive thu get your food then go inside. Only way yo make sure its half way right and doesn't take 20 minutes to get it out to you.
As long as the women are working ypu have no problem. This is the 4th time being men in there working and the food is screwed up. I orderd the box that's off there menu nothing special. Yet every thing in the damn box was wrong. Didn't even get the correct size drink. Just ridiculous. More worried about beating each other off than taking care of a customer!!

This is the first restaurant I have seen lately that had a sanitation score of 💯!!! I worked fast food when I was young and I know that the job that these folks do is not easy and somehow there should be recognition and maybe even an award just for making sure you have a clean and sanitary environment that you are distributing food out of! I have traveled from Virginia to South Carolina and back in the last week and none of the other restaurants I visited had a sanitation grade of 100! I don't care if once in awhile an order gets messed up or the wrong food gets handed out to the wrong person, as human error and mistakes do happen... but SANITATION is very important and should be commended!!! BRAVO.... If I had the money of those who are rich, I would make sure that each employee at this establishment received some type of award! Perhaps that's what this world needs... A friendly competition that would give employees in food establishments a reason to improve and to take pride in what they do. I do not think that people in this field get enough recognition for the job that is expected of them, because without them... without all those people who are willing to go flip a hamburger or throw together a taco, or a🍕, all of us doing the other jobs... whether it be office work, selling a car, working on a car...or anything else at all that keeps this country moving (thank you Jesus for those folks)... Or even the moms on their way to the ballgame or cheerleading practice.... We would not have someone to flip that hamburger or throw together that taco so that we can grab a bite to eat while we RUN THE RACE!!! GREAT JOB TACO BELL ON ANDY GRIFFITH PARKWAY!!! 💯💯💯🙌🙌🙌👏👏👏🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸✝️

Unbelievable that this location thinks it’s acceptable to serve chicken nuggets like this. These nuggets were served hard as a rock and inedible. Our entire order was wrong and we were missing items. Shame on the employees at this Taco Bell!

Mobile order completely messed up, restaurant workers seem overworked and understaffed, order was missing items completely, nothing custom, plain order items, overall not impressed. Would advise anyone wanting Taco Bell to go to either the other Mount Airy location or Hillsville Va if headed north. Give this one a miss, your stomach and your wallet will thank you.

I got the 7 dollar box there was hardly any beef in the tacos and the Chula bread wasn't even cook it was soggy bread and to top it off no straws for our drinks. Asked for hot and mild just got hot

Everytime they mess up the order and put the wrong things on or they miss a bunch of items and nothing is ever done about it . Idk who’s working but they are not paying attention or something there’s a few reviews I’ve read stating the same problems or other problems such as rude staff . 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this Taco Bell.
