Fantastic people great hosts.
We absolutely love coming to visit this bar when we come home to see our parents. It’s our favorite place. The atmosphere is so friendly and welcoming. Austin is our absolute favorite, making us feel at home with each visit. We went this weekend. They were super busy, but as always, the staff was so friendly and accommodating. Thank you all for providing a hangout that feels like a home away from home!
One of my favorite spots to visit on a Thursday evening especially when Jeremiah Barr is there. I love to listen to him play the guitar and sing ol' country songs. Austin, Yauna, and Erika are the best! They always great you with a smile and meet you at the counter with a cold mug for your beer. Love these guys!
A fun friendly pub right downtown. Great selection of wine and local craft brews. Nice sense of community. Owners were very welcoming. The same atmosphere as Cheers. Recommended. Dog friendly.
We went on a Sunday when all of the regulars go and they all made us feel like family. We met so many nice people and had a great time! We plan on returning in the summer for sure!
We wandered in and immediately felt welcome. That is rare. Loved sitting at the bar and chatting with locals. Definitely worth a visit if in Mount Airy. The place got busy Friday at 4pm. Everyone seemed to know everyone. Large wine selection. I got the Barney Beer.
The wine is delicious and the bartenders were super sweet.
Found this online. Wanted a break while traveling. The proprietor was nice and chatty. I enjoyed my semi dry riesling at his suggestion. This week life in Mt. Airy is laid back. Recommend this quaint little place.
