Me and my boyfriend haven't been at Waffle House in awhile and wanted to go there. We went around 12am. We get seated and the manager comes over to take our order. She has this sour RBF going on. When James and I was ordering, she was short and felt like she was trying to rush us while we were telling her what we wanted. I asked her a question and it acted like it was such a task to answer the question. She had this hateful look on her face the whole time cooking our food. She handed our food and went to sit down at a corner table with someone she knew that came in and started laughing, smiling and talking to them. The only thing she did do right was kept coming back to ask if we needed anything, but her attitude was horrible. Also, I noticed that there was food laying everywhere under the grills and around the area where they cook. It looked unsanitary. The food was good, but I was ready to leave. That manager just ruined my time there at Waffle House and we don't get to eat there often.

Stopped in yesterday and Anna waited on us. The food was cooked to perfection and the staff was friendly. There were two cooks today due to the holiday rush. I must say it was the best by far than I'd experienced there over the years. A++

My husband and mother and me stopped in for lunch. There was only one table left opened where we sat. I have to say our waitress was a positive person and did her job really well. I wished all my experience with waitress was this pleasant. If you want good tips this is how it's done 👍

The waitress was rude and inconsiderate. It was the worst service I ever received at any restaurant. To that woman who made a party of 7 visit miserable get another job. You don't talk to people the way you did us. I've been a waitress quite a few times in my life and I couldn't imagine treating people the way you did us.
