Sorry employee don't wash their hands close store when they feel like it I just left this store at,10:30pm already closed on a Saturday night. I have went to this wendy's the food is getting very bad go to the one in pilot mountain it's a lot better and faster.

Good ol Chris (trainer) I reckon felt it was ok to seemingly give away free food while poor Jacob amd the rest of the team got drilled by door dash orders and the drive thru. What I witnessed was a team of workers that were doing their best to compensate for a weak and checked out shift lead/trainer. Not really behavior a former veteran of the service industry appreciates. Especially when standing patiently for 20 minutes for a single, chicken sandwich, nuggets, and fries. Boooooo to you Chris. Shame on you!

As it's the day before Thanksgiving, I think we were served by the second string team.
I really appreciate that this Wendy's is usually very busy. The food is always fine. It's Wendy's usual food and it's good. I have been through the drive-thru at least five times now recently. My order is always wrong when I get it. If I'm paying for extra sauce I expect the extra sauce to be there. If I've ordered two things of nuggets and I'm charged for two things of nuggets I expect to receive two things of nuggets. If I order sweet tea I don't expect to get a diet soda. The food's great , the people are so friendly. I just wish I could get what I order.
