I placed my order at 5:04 and it was delivered to me at 6:10. They threw my food at me. The people who work there are so awful and unethical. The only person who cared about my order was the cashier who was on duty.

A year ago, I would’ve given them one or two stars but they seem to have improved now that the one night time manager isn’t there as often. Not that I’ve seen anyway…I’ve also had quite a few experience with another night time employee who I think is new and is absolutely amazing!

Poor young, clearly new Jonathan took our order & made a small mistake missing a cup of cheese sauce we'd requested for our kids giving us barbecue sauce for all three orders instead of just two of the biggie bags. No big thing right? When we asked for it, he politely apologized then stepped back to the line to grab it & was promptly berated by Angie the manager and told to get off her line & that he'd have to charge us if we wanted cheese sauce. He literally returned with his head hung low and apologized again. We paid for an additional cheese sauce & didn't make a scene. The food was pretty good. The place was clean. Sister Angie just put a damper on the whole visit...

We have been going.to this Wendy's for years and its always been ok. Today it was horrible. Nobody seemed to want to take orders and then when he finally did he couldn't get that right. Got the food home and it was all old. Bread on the burgers was gross and the fries were tough and tasteless. Wondering if they have any supervision at all. Hope it improves because that Wendy's won't keep customers with the way they were today.

I got off of work, so i was like i havent ate Wendys in a while so i went thu the drive though. I get there and took 2 minutes for anyone to answer and i said hello and he said what do you want and after i told him he said pull up to the next window so i did and the food was cold and instead of tea i got water. Horrible place to eat at never going again

Wendy has went down hil can't get food right had go back in 3 times got order wrong 3 times ridiculous
It was ok. Sweet tea didn't taste right. But the rest of the food was good. Girl at register didn't ask if we wanted different options.
