ABSOLUTE INCONSIDERATE BUNCH OF WORKERS!! Stood at the stand awaiting to be seated... having a rare spinal cord injury after waiting 5 minutes.. i had to sit down! We sat for another 5 minutes.. all workers bullshitting at the counter. I went up and asked for a menu. The manager gave me a dirty look. At the table my family waited another 5 minutes to atleast get our drinks but the whole crew still at counter bullshitting.. getting themselves a drink!! We finally left! THIS IS NOT HOW YOU RUN A BUSNIESS.. NEVER GOING BACK

AVOID THIS PIZZA HUT. Used to be great, but screwed things up twice. All they offer to do is remake it or give you free bread sticks. The pics speak for themselves. If I could give no stars I would. Also, we got a cheese pizza that was basically cheese and crust, very little sauce. This is very disappointing, especially after spending 40 bucks for both.

Is this place even open? No one answers the phone ever when I call. Tonight well over an hour from closing and they didn’t answer once again. I can get my pizza elsewhere but what if an employee’s family had an emergency. You don’t work in food service and be using your phone so they would have to call the store. Anyway! Another lost order.

This place is an Absolutely JOKE. Ordered through the mobile app, almost $30. Once app indicated order was ready, I proceeded to drive through to pick up. Clerk said he didn’t have an order for me?? After showing him the app, he shrugged and still didn’t have a clue. I then ordered AGAIN, was told to pull around and he’d bring it out. After 25 minutes, still no order so I go through again. Still not ready?!!! Over an hour, no dinner, I asked for a refund. No offer to correct the situation, awful!

Basically I was surprised to see an overall low rating. We stopped in today and ordered a large pan pizza. Service was a little slow but we were not in a hurry and it appeared they only had one waitress. She was hustling around doing her best. It's not her fault she had no assistance. Anyway, she was very kind, pleasant and helpful. Our pizza was really good. Most pizza is too salty for my taste but this one was not overly salty. It's been a few years since we ate here but plan to stop by again.
I was craving pizza and decided to stop by Pizza Hut for ole times sake. I use to love the supreme pizza here because it was packed with great toppings and plenty of sauce to make the pizza taste so good. Wash it down with a ice cold Mtn. Dew and you're all set. Not this time. I went inside to order and after hanging out around the register for around 10 minutes I was finally acknowledged. I placed my order and the workers went on with their business. Not a one spoke to me other than just taking my order. Now sure they were getting all the Halloween candy out for the pumpkins they were filling up, but I'm sure that was more important than just being polite. When I arrived home, the pizza was still warm which was great but there wasn't a lot of cheese on it and hardly any sauce. It was just blah. I was not impressed and made my mind up then and there that I'm over the hut. Good news for y'all that want to go to the buffet, they have it back open Monday - Friday. Enjoy.

The service is terrible on Sundays afternoon, im very disappointed, i just ordered a regular pizza and it takes x ever , i dont know why they hired unprofessional and a irresponsible young people, they don't know what are they doing,

Probably the best pizza place in the town. It is always hot and delicious when I get and it stays delicious when you reheat the leftovers. This place absolutely deserves more stars then it has. Can't recommend enough

There are so many bad reviews towards the Mount AiryPizza Hut, it won't hurt for me to add one more. The customer service is AWFUL! I went in to pick up a call in order and it was not ready or even placed as an order. I was understanding and accepted to wait for them to resolve the issue. On my way out, I receive a rude comment from the man at the front. I decided to not say anything, maybe he was having a bad day. This place needs to look into who they have working for them! If I knew the name of this man I would have contacted the Manager myself! Hopefully the pizza makes up for the terrible service, as the reviews do not seem that is likely. If only it was possible to put a negative star review. I am not satisfied and will not be returning.
