Everything is great about this location except making people use the stupid digital kiosk to check out. The machine is frustrating and not something before I’ve had coffee I want to deal with.

Just left this location with 2 egg&cheese on a bagel. Got home and unwrapped the sandwich's and both had hair hanging out of them. NASTY!!!!

The drive thru cashier said $4.59. I gave her $10.60. (A ten dollar bill, 2 quarters and 1 dime.) My change should have been $6.01. She gave me $5.81. I told her it was wrong. She got mad and walked off, leaving me sitting at the window. Finally a young man walked over and asked what I wanted. I told him I wanted my correct change. He took the $5.81 she gave me ( a five dollar bill, three quarters, a nickel and a penny.). He then said l, “She gave you a dollar in quarters and a penny.” He handed it back to me. Frazzled that two of them couldn’t count change, nor was polite, I left. I then called for a manager and was told there was not one there at that time. Lousy service. Lousy food. I don’t expect it to be open long and it is a disgrace to the corporate name.

I just moved to Mt. Holly form Denver, NC. I have to say this is the best Dunkin around, hands down. The ONLY one that gets my coffee right. They are always very nice and courteous and give the BEST customer service. I have left the Denver location unhappy sooo many times, and have not once ever left this one unhappy! I would give 10 stars if I could!

Gave me the wrong drink and forgot the cheese for the cheese tots. All of that is fixable, but they had absolutely no respect for customers. With the F bomb and GD spewing out of their mouth with every other word they spoke. I didn't even attempt to try to get it corrected because they just pretend I wasn't even there.

Always good coffee. Love the donuts but unfortunately I can't eat them anymore! They smell good though.Dietary restrictions: Doughnuts are not diabetic friendly.Parking: Small shop on a small property. Mostly drive thru.
VERY rarely do i receive the wrong item in my order. If I do, it's not the end of the world, I just see it as an opportunity to break out of my comfort zone and try a new thing. The employees here are always super friendly, professional, and quick to fix any mixup.

Went inside, rude employees. Told elderly man to order at kiosk and wouldn't help him at counter. I made a mistake on kiosk order and asked for some cream for my coffee and employee acted like it was going to kill her to add 2 creams. Music is also way too loud for small dining area.Parking: Small lot.
