The early crew in the morning are zombies. I walked in last week for my pickup order and both folks manning the counter turned their back to me, the young man pulled out his cell, while a heavier set lady stared at the tv maybe. Thankfully a shorter lady with her light brown hair in a bun came out and saw me and assisted me. This was my first early order with Dunkin. Today I went thru the drive thru to pick up my mobile order, and again, it’s like they hate i am bothering them....

Don’t want to be too harsh cause I know flies can come into store through the drive thru window but I came into store and there’s like 20+ flies flying around and on the donuts…I’d recommend you implement some fly killing things to lower amount flying around
